While this isnt unique to just this coffee shop (considering its a shared courtyard), the underground courtyart was a nice touch and made the expereince better. The combination of tones of natural light and plants are always a plus. The coffee itself was pretty decent but nothing too crazy either. The staff seemed nice but a bit busy. Overall a decent spot to enjoy esspecially in the courtyard.

It's so sad because their coffee is phenomenal but their staff is awful. I've found myself at PVM 3 times the last 2 weeks and I kept wanting to give them another chance. Every time I'm met with unfriendliness and condescension... To the extent where I walked in, was indecisive and the guy ROLLER HIS EYES AT ME when I smiled and said I needed a sec to decide (I was the only costumer in line as well). Feeling already off put I asked for my drink and I hadn't even finished the word cortado when he had already slammed the machine in my direction and walked away. I was baffled enough as it is but then I was met with a machine asking me for a tip on top of that. You're asking me for 15% tip on an interaction that YOU cut short and lasted not even 30 seconds and was still filed with rudeness?? I wish I could say this was the only time this has happened but I was met with the same rude attitude yet again today for no good reason. Shame on me for giving them not one but 3 second chances because I still think their coffee is really good. Never again...

Had a flat white and it was one of the best flat whites that I have had. The espresso flavour was very rich and smooth. Service as always is great and pretty quick.
Coffee was great, service was terrible. Unfriendly, had to repeat requests many times, gave me a half full coffee saying the price was for a smaller format than my personal 16oz cup (~4$ for a coffee refusing to fill it up ). I will not return, even if coffee was good
