New owner forces tips. You can't edit the tips on the machine, andthe owner gets mad and tries to ridicule you when you don't want to press the $1, $2, $10 tip options on the machine. There is no option to alter the tip. Prices also jumped since this guy took it over. Horrible place.

Health rules respected. It's very expensive for a coffee. It's a clean place. The food is good there.
Today I had a cheese sandwich with 2 beetroot and cabbage salads at their place on the 5th floor. And I got food poisoning an hour later...it must be because of the expired cheese or the beets. ..they do not respect hygiene rules and expiration times for sandwiches and salads...I took today at the restaurant café vienne on the 5th floor, a cheese sandwich with 2 beet salads and cabbage. And I had a food poisoning in Less than one hour later ... it must be because of the expired cheese or beets. ...they don't care about the rules of hygiene and the health of customers...

Coffee is ok and so are the pastries. They have a gift card system where you have to put a deferred amount at the kiosk on the 3rd and 5th floor. I put $20 down and I had a 5th amount on my gift card and they lost it. I'm not going back there anymore. It has excellent coffee 1 minute from the palace
