I bought a breakfast croissant with egg, tomato and bacon that cost $7. I asked if it was possible to cut it in half, and the person who served me started complaining. Then, at the cash register, he handed me the croissant in a tiny bag, even though my hands were full of groceries. I asked him for a brown bag that would be more practical to carry it in, and he replied loudly: "You know this bag cost me 50 cents? And this person is nothing less than the owner of Café Alizés! What a pleasant service !!!Never going there again !!!

Food is better than average and the folks are really nice. We had the breakfast and everything was good. We had an issue with the order and they were polite and offered to replace it although it was not their fault. They even gave us a complimentary traditional Quebec dessert - it was a nice gesture.I only wish they would have a baked bean option without pork as that would make it possible for lot of Muslims to enjoy a hearty meal.
