A great spot for coffee especially in summer when de castelnau is closed and for pedestrians only. Coffee is perfection. A few more tables with chairs would be nice. It’s still a favorite cafe even though I’m from Outremont.

Well crafted drinks
At $2.85 including tax, it's the cheapest americano I've had at a montreal cafe, and it tastes great. lots of seating, beautiful interior, kind staff.

While on holiday in Montreal visiting family, and near my sister's house, we discovered this fabulous coffee shop. Great flat whites that were just perfect and the best and lightest carrot cake I have ever eaten ( the moistest).
Will definitely go back again next time 👍🙏

Great coffee and service. Love the place.
The only negative thing to say is that sometimes the air feels stuffy in the Winter because it doesn’t circulate enough given how many people are inside.

It’s a lovely little café located near Marché Jean-Talon. With quick service and a nice terrace, it’s the perfect stop to hangout with friends. Coffees are good and the desserts are delicious as well.

I agree with the review on third wave that this place is classist and very pretencious. It's the kind of place a revolutionary would feel like they have bipolar disorder, as they process humanities greif and watch everyone aimlessly sad.
Fake smiles don't tell the real story. Deep regret and sorrow can be felt in a developers coffee shop, even if it's supposed to be a third space. My coffee was very good but I spent my time there studying the trauma of drifted unprocessed surface elitism on chatgpt, not really enjoying my coffee and seeming myself. I'm very worried who we focus on enjoying anymore and keep running away to my mother.

We loved our time in this coffee shop.
I came this afternoon and I didn't like my experience. I specified twice that I wanted a hotter cappuccino than is normally made and I still got a lukewarm cappu. Zero listening. The chocolatine tasted the cardboard, it looked like it had been drying there for 3 days. The baristas told each other about their lives at decibels high enough to drown out all customer conversations.
