La bisque de homard était très bien présentée et goûteuse. Toutefois la portion est très petite . Quand au pain qu'il faut payer il ne nous a pas plu. C'était un pain brioché bon en soi mais qui ne s'accorde absolument pas avec un repas . Les portions sont petites dans ce resto et il n'y a pas de légumes dans l'assiette de filet mignon. Le prix des bouteilles de vin débute à 100$. Toutefois le service est impeccable.

Seul bémol, le morceau de filet mignon dans le menu enfants (10-15 ans) était ridiculement petit pour un adolescent en pleine croissance.

The wait staff was very respectful and attentive. The food came out at the perfect time regardless of how busy it was in the restaurant, allowing myself and my partner to always share our meal. We felt very welcomed as newcomers and would highly recommend coming to visit.

Tablé réservée depuis 10 jours, on nous a placés dans une table en coin où l'on occupait 25 % de l'espace, on ne pouvait pas être assis en face à face et on avait dos à la salle, on était face à la vitrine. Bref, mauvais choix de table qui nous a été assigné. Lors de la facturation, on avait pris la formule 3 services, mais le serveur nous a quand même facturé les desserts en plus. On s'en est rendu compte après avoir quitté les lieux.
Overpriced, waiters seemed like they didn't want to be there. Presentation was artistic. Big disconnect between the vision and how it was delivered. Was leaving with the $14 bottle of sparkling water I had paid for and was told the bottle had to stay, but they could pour it in a cup to go. I asked why, and it was so they could refill it with more carbonated water. Also, the $60 Table d'Hote listed online isn't available; instead it is $80 on the menu, just worded different. A bit disappointed overall, especially in a city with so many options.

Though we could only fit it in for a final lunch before heading home, it did not disappoint. We opted for the 3-course lunch menu, complemented by a first bite and dark chocolate, and included a glass of red or white wine. - **Welcoming Dish**: Crostini with hors d'oeuvres of the day—simple yet crunchy, a perfect start. - **Side Order**: Freshly served table bread with butter, accompanied by a mix of oil and balsamic. - **1st Course**: Vinaigrette salad atop a warm buttered pastry, beautifully presented with balsamic vinegar on the side. - **2nd Course**: Steak with a choice of fries or mashed potatoes (go for the mashed potatoes; they're outstanding). - **3rd Course**: Chocolate mousse, elegantly garnished with silver flakes and mineral gold. To cap off our meal, we enjoyed housemade dark chocolate with a thoughtful note from the restaurant. As an anniversary treat, the server presented us with their signature lobster oil and a delightful dark chocolate bite with creamy foam. It was a special event as visiting Montreal after 10years. I must say, the experience-from food, service and ambience at Beaver Hall was perfect. The food were delicious and extraordinary, you get the quality of what you pay for. I have been to a few tasting menus experience in London and Europe, safe to say this was one of the best as they menu was not pretentious and just delicious. Definitely will visit again if ever I'm in Montreal

Overall, this wasn't worth the price. Service was snobby and disorganized. We had a long wait just to order wine and our main course came 5 min apart! Food was good and ambiance was fine but a bit on the cold side.
