The older lady inside the cafe, I’m not sure if she’s the owner, treated my group and I extremely rudely. She made snarky rude comments to us just because we asked questions regarding the menu.
She’s extreme, maybe she’s having a bad day today but that’s not the fault of her costumers. Very unprofessional.

We didn’t purchase anything, we left after her rude comments to us with open mouths.

Awesome warm service. Good tasty homemade food. I also tried pastries and cappuccino.Everything is good and accompanied by a good service. The cafe is quite small, unfortunately, but other than that me and my lady and I liked it a lot.

A decaffeinated latte for $6.80 is excessive in my opinion. This is the reason why I did not leave a tip despite the kindness of the lady who served me.

The latte, available in one format, costs $7! And, no foam. Then, the place smells full of cigarettes. Honestly, I don't understand the positive reviews of this place.

Cafe Loche is a charming little coffee shop nestled in a bustling street. With its friendly owner, Shirley, at the helm, the cafe offers a comfortable ambiance and a wide array of coffee beverages, lattes, bagels, and viennoiseries. While the service was commendable, and the latte truly delightful, a few aspects left something to be desired.Let's start with the positives. The service at Cafe Loche was exceptional, largely due to Shirley, the owner. Her warm and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere for customers, making their experience memorable. Shirley's passion for her craft was evident, as she took the time to engage with guests, ensuring their needs were metNow, onto the main attraction: the beverages. The latte at Cafe Loche was truly a standout. Expertly crafted, it boasted a rich, velvety texture and a balanced blend of flavors. Whether you prefer a classic latte or a creatively crafted variation, you can trust Cafe Loche to deliver a satisfying coffee experience. Shirley displayed skill and precision in her art, making each cup a small delight. However, when it came to the viennoiseries, Cafe Loche fell short. The pastries lacked the desired freshness, appearing rather dry and less than appetizing. This was disappointing, as viennoiseries are often a complementary treat to pair with a warm cup of coffee. Improving the quality and freshness of the viennoiseries would greatly enhance the overall culinary experience at Cafe Loche.Pricing is another factor to consider. While Cafe Loche offers a pleasant ambiance and quality beverages, it should be noted that the prices are relatively high compared to other establishments. This might discourage some customers, especially when coupled with the lackluster viennoiseries. Reconsidering the pricing structure or introducing value deals could make Cafe Loche more accessible and attract a broader customer base. One notable drawback of Cafe Loche is its location. Situated on Sauvé street with limited parking options, finding a spot nearby can be quite challenging. This inconvenience might deter potential customers, especially those who are in a hurry or prefer the convenience of easily accessible parking. Considering alternative parking arrangements or providing clear guidance on nearby parking options could alleviate this issue. In conclusion, Cafe Loche provides a cozy environment and excellent service, with the standout being their expertly crafted lattes. However, improvements are needed regarding the quality of the viennoiseries and the pricing structure. Additionally, the lack of convenient parking options may pose a challenge for some visitors. With a few adjustments, Cafe Loche has the potential to become a go-to spot for coffee lovers seeking a warm and welcoming experience.

I was waiting for the 121 bus at the corner of Sauvé and Christophe Colomb and the comforting smell of pastries drew me to Café Loche. I am happy to have succumbed to my curiosity.

Bagel ultra dry and hard, I was looking for the smoked salmon so there was nothing in the sandwich, the salad was tired / soft brown. Painfully slow service. I advise against. Go to Fleury, you will find fresh products.
