While paying we saw the owner(?) pull the un-eaten chili pepper out of the pho bowl and show it to the server in training, telling him to "always save these, we wash them and re-use them." The food was fine but this left a sour taste in our mouths, an absolutely unsanitary practice and completely tactless to do so in front of clients. Will not be returning!

Everything was perfect. The only downside was that the music was a little too loud and forced us to stay on the terrace where we were very comfortable.
We're going back, that's for sure.

Super ambiance 🤩 et soupe wonton succulente 😋
Yesterday I arrived at the opening. Small ''trendy'' restaurant with dark furniture and not very well lit where I was sitting.
Quick support from the young man who acted as bartender and waiter who served me an excellent cocktail. I expected to find a team of Asians but there were none. All the staff, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, were Caucasian. Later the new owner of the restaurant, a Quebecois of Peruvian origin, came to see me and told me that he had just bought the restaurant. He also told me that he had plans to add Peruvian dishes to the menu, more specifically Peruvian/Asian fusion style dishes.
I was able to chat with the two members of the kitchen team, because I was seated in front of them, and they were both very kind and very friendly. I ordered the fried rolls which I was recommended to eat inside a large salad leaf but preferred to eat them without.
The rolls were delicious although spicy. I ordered the papaya salad (the best I've eaten), the pork and chives gyozas (excellent), the two kinds of chicken wings (with flavors that take us on a journey although I prefer my meatier wings) as well as grilled shrimp.
The service was quick throughout my meal except for the shrimp for which I had to wait quite a long time. This was my first time at this restaurant. I would have liked to go there much earlier in order to compare the cuisine under the old administration and that of the new one. Personally, I recommend the gyozas, chicken wings and papaya salad.
Parking: I had to park 400 meters from the restaurant.

The food is excellent for a reasonable price considering the quality of the food. The chefs have achieved a masterful feat by taking classics and adapting them with Montreal's urban spirit. It's delicious, chic, with beautiful explosions of flavors that you wouldn't think of pairing. Everything is visually aesthetic, both the tapas and the restaurant itself. Great discovery. Favorite for the cod rolls!
