I have been a customer for many years and this morning what a disappointment. You have new teas arriving. In addition to the other teas that I usually buy, I wanted to try these new teas to make sure if the taste suits me. So I asked your employee to sell me 3 sachets of 15 Gr. What was my surprise when she told me that this is not possible, it is only via the internet and that the minimum sale is 50 Gr at the counter. To my knowledge, I have not read in your store that you do not sell tea below 50 Gr. This makes for a disappointed and frustrated customer, especially since I do not live in Montreal.
Great variety of teas and infusions. The staff is very helpful to find different varieties
Amazing store, with very knowledgeable and nice staff. Sadly they were out of the matcha I wanted, but I tried another which was great!
We did a tea workshop. Very interesting and we notice the passion behind this tea house. Indeed, they meet locals all over the world and care about artisanal teas. I would add that the teas are very good and the value for money is unbeatable.
I don't know if the ownership changed or what but the place is now absolutely ruined. The only tea you can drink there is a very limited taster menu. That alone would have been fine but they insist on brewing the tea for you, English style for several minutes in a taster cup. And then they REFUSED TO PROVIDE HOT WATER FOR A SECOND INFUSION. Sorry these are nice Chinese teas, we got oolongs and pu'ers. Even brewed this weird way the second and third infusions are often better and can show different characteristics of the tea. We were informed that there was a strict policy about only having one infusion, refusing to give hot water even if we would brew it ourselves. This is such a stark downgrade from what they used to be. If you didn't want to serve tea, then don't serve tea. This half assed in between option is much much worse than simply saying we're retail only now. The vibe is very whitewashed, upscale tea store for white ladies now. An absolute butchering of tea culture. This used to be the highlight of my trips to Montreal, now they offer an experience worse than the free tea at a sushi restaurant
I liked the old concept better inside, less bohemian aesthetic and more community than the current result of their renovations in recent years. Too bad...because the place seems cold, empty and less warm, but more like an empty store displaying objects, where we find the echo of one's footsteps and the silence of a monk's cave 👣 really disappointing. In addition, the quality of the offer seems to have been reduced... offering organic to offer organic when your organic matcha is almost food grade, is it better not to offer any? Three stars for encouraging the local but the non-community local with pretentious areas, not my cup of tea.
Great tea shop. Best for a nice but short experience as there isn't much seating and no wifi to work. They offer affordable tastings. I tried the oolong tea tasting. Great experience and staff are very helpful attentive, and knowledgeable.
Outstanding customer service and the tea is divine.
Very good quality of products. Customer service is excellent. Fast delivery. Best place in town for quality tea
For tea lovers, this is a must-visit! Just the place… magnificent! And the fact of having installed a tasting space adds an even more welcoming atmosphere to the store. If you have the opportunity I highly recommend the comparative tasting. Everything is prepared before your eyes in sets to taste with explanations alongside. I had a great time and I think it will be difficult to find a better place to enjoy good tea in Montreal! And thank you to the team for the quality welcome ?

Excellent advice and a very good cold matcha latte tea ?
Agism?
Tea house that I was very fond of, unfortunately the quality of service has been considerably deteriorated by an immature team? Surely summer staff because that was their strength? For the moment, I do not recommend! I do not recommend tasting in Montreal because if you have a call with a discreet conversation, you will be entitled to a warning even if the store is practically empty. Would a sign turn off your cell phones be appropriate? THANKS
Where to start? As soon as you come home, we welcome you with a little cup of tea! The design of the store is zen and calm! Everyone employed was friendly and friendly.
You can even come and enjoy tea with a friend!
Their tea is real and delicious! It doesn't compare to what you find at the grocery store! It offers you fragrant and tasty tea!
There are a lot of choices!
Good tea and not that expensive ( unless you really want to buy something that is)
Great, very quiet place. The staff are welcoming and warm.
