Best restaurant downtown for a quick satisfying lunch, or after work dinner take-out— has been my go-to for chicken salads the last several years.

Sandra and her family have been serving some of the best and haute-est cuisine in Quebec for decades. We are so lucky to have the best chicken right here in such a beautifully run little spot. Obrigado!!

SCAM doesn't refund when you don't receive something on uber + very disrespectful customer support! They don't care at all about their customer! they prefer tell you they won't reply again instead of refunding you 5$ you paid for nothing!

Ordered the full chicken combo on uber eats and an extra bread. Received old salad and old bread. Best portuguese chicken ive had so far has been Jano and Emalia by miles. Will never order again from here and had to go buy mcdonalds instead.

After so much exciting news of this fairly new restaurant I was looking forward to tasting its Portugais chicken. After all, being part of the acclaimed Ferreira Café it should be a slam dunk. Sorry, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences of all time. Ordered 1/4 chicken, potatoes roasted under to dripping fat of the birds, sides of cole slaw and Caesar salad and everything was Terrible. Chicken was dry and stringy, potatoes were hard and had no taste. Salads were an after thought. I was blown away by just how bad this dining experience was. Bye the way, the place was empty and the music was so loud that I could not talk to my guest. Sorry, I don’t normally post reviews but Campo is terrible.

Pretty tasty chicken. We were just passing by and decided to walk in and glad we did. You can sit down or takeout at the restaurant, we decided to sit down.
We ordered the “table d’hôte” which was a great way to try a lot of menu items. It was quite filling and we had to get half of the food packed along with the dessert.
The chicken was nice a juicy and their bbq sauce was very delicious. It had a nice tangy and smoky flavour. I also really liked the croquettes and olives. The ribs fell off the bone.
Would definitely eat here again! Also love the logo… so cute!

My wife and I have been going around Montreal trying Portuguese chicken and Campo was a little disappointing.
I took the chicken sandwich and upon the first bite I got a hard piece of cartilage that kind of made me loose my appetite.
The potatoes were extremely dry and hard.
The wait was over 15 minutes but they added in an extra Nata to apologize for the wait time.
I think for the price, it was not really worth it.
Romado’s is still the best in my opinion.

Had their table d’hôte option , and wow, it really blew through my expectations. The entrées were filled with a variety of Portuguese amuse-bouche and they were delicious and light. The main dishes were also otherworldly. My favorite part was the squid but the Portuguese chicken was just as delicious. Their coleslaw was also to die for. They give side dishes, which includes two types of salads and 3 types of carbs, as an all you can eat, and I could not help myself in taking a second serving. The natas and brownie as dessert were also amazing. Overall, an incredible culinary experience.
In terms of the service, it was a top-notch experience. Server was kind and welcoming. She was really accommodating even though we stayed a bit later after closing time. One of a kind experience , I will definitely recommend.

opted for the set menu for two. The food was good, but overall, the prices were much higher compared to other Portuguese chicken spots. The quality was also a bit lower than expected. The service was excessively slow—it took almost 2 hours to finish our set meal. There were several staff members, but it seemed like only one was really trying to assist customers. She was very kind, but the others didn’t seem as attentive, which made the overall experience feel rather average.

I had always wanted to visit this restaurant, but had never had the chance.
I ended up going to their kiosk in the marche atwater.
I chose the chicken sandwich combo with salad and maison chips.
The salad came with such a small pot of dressing that half the salad was completely unseasoned.
The chicken was juicy, but the seasoning was strange. I didn't like it and was very disappointed, as theoretically it should be good, especially as the chicken is grilled. I left that lunch very disappointed.
The chicken is superb and served by people who care about what they're doing.
