If you’re looking for a classic casse croûte it does not get better then Canada Hot Dog. The staff is so friendly and make you feel at home. The breakfast is fantastic and we always love the poutine, hamburgers and hotdogs here. It’s a gem!
The food is good and the lunches are made to our liking. Sometimes it takes a long time to get coffee refilled.
However, I have been several times and the lunch price is never the same. I was charged more when the restaurant was empty. I know very well that this is not a reason for non-charged extras. And their poutines are incredible — crispy fries, rich gravy, and real cheese curds. Honestly, some of the best I’ve had and way cheaper than anywhere else. Total win.
