Without a doubt one of the top five restaurants where I’ve dined in my 70+ years. Low-key and intimate vibe, cordial and attentive wait staff, but the food is sublime. Chef John Winter Russel curated a delightful prix fixe menu with local ingredients and the skill of a Michelin-star chef.
A very nice discovery! At the Candide restaurant, vegetables are truly in the spotlight, with fresh, organic and local products that enhance each plate. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was impeccable. The meat and fish were cooked perfectly, tender and tasty. A quality culinary experience that I highly recommend to all fans of healthy, well-executed cuisine. Well done to the whole team!
