Last time I go to this place, worst customer service, after paying 42$ for a family trio the quality of food and service was not the same as when we started going there when they opened.i paid extra for the patatoes and with extra sauce and they didn't want to put the sauce on the potatoes when i said that i asked for it and paid extra they said the potatoes don't come with the sauce, which i was surprised cause we have ordered the same thing several years. The owner comes out and i told him the situation and he was rude and condescending, his name is Carlos and told me if i was not happy to not come back. Whenever i go there it seems everyone is miserable to work there or extremely rude all the time, doesn't make you want to go back. It also comes with the owner that is not respectful in any way to to customer that is a loyal one to say the least. Not going back! Last time!!! Their is no more customer service. Not recommending this resto to anyone.

Haitian people tookover the business and the food they are making isn't like what I remember in the past when White people and Portuguese people was running it, It's not Portuguese, It's Creole food that pretends to be Portuguese, Cashier is very rude, Place look dim, dingy, kitchen is a mess, cooks look tired and miserable, Chicken, Fries decent, Rice horrible, I don't recommend there to anybody, It had seen better days when it first opened after Harvey's Restaurant left there.

Will never go there again!

Ordered a large chicken poutine with medium spice sauce with extra chorizo and I specifically told the girl that i wanted the fries well cooked.. The fries are RAW, the sauce is a regular nasty poutine sauce with no sort of spice. The chicken is also raw and the poutine looks absolutely nothing like the Montreal North location... if you guys don't like your job just say that but I just spent over 25$ for absolute garbage. NEVER AGAIN.

My sister-in-law placed an order online and sent her husband to pick up the order and everything was already paid for, but her husband had placed the order and they were going to give me what they wanted until they confirmed the pickup. The woman told me to pass the order on as if I was going to steal it.

$21 and I got a half chicken meal with two green salads and fries. It was enough to fill me and my wife as well as save some food to pick give my son when we grabbed him from daycare lol and it tasted great 5 stars hands down

Went there with a work colleague for lunch. I don't know why it is a 3.9. I think the food was very good. I've had the chicken breast. I've had the burger and I've had the sandwich and every time it was delicious. You have a choice of mild medium or hot sauce. I took the medium which is not hot at all as far as I'm concerned but very delicious. I really don't understand the place doesn't look like much from outside but it's really really good food. I suggest that and I'm a picky eater, a little bit picky. This place is really really good. I'm going to share a picture of our meals. The picture you're going to see is the chicken breast or the chicken leg with the you have a choice of three sides which are all delicious. The service is not super super fast but it's okay they take care of you. They talk to you. They're overall very serviceable and professional. Like I said, the place doesn't look like much, but it's really good. One of those places cover. It's one of those hidden gems. I like to call it so if you go there and you try it and you like it the way we do leave a comment for them. Give them a little five star to help them because they're worthy of a high score online. Having gone there and experienced it more than once I can really say so. Don't hesitate guys go try it out. It's on Henri Bourassa and it's very good

Chicken was good. Potatoes have to much oil. Service with a smile, NO. Employés don't look happy or pleasant when being served. Need improvement with customer service.
