Chicken was good. Potatoes have to much oil. Service with a smile, NO. Employés don't look happy or pleasant when being served. Need improvement with customer service.

Been here many times before and service and chicken Incredible now you need to beg for your chicken to be well done while there all just walking around and barely working ...get normal employees that work and stop socializing with themselves..total turn off I actually thought out there chicken..

I come here once in a while, but I have to say tonight with Enrique on the grill and Alexandra is the perfect duo. Chicken was very tender… amazingly cooked

Definitely coming back

Chicken was fine, Rice was fine, the potatoes were not edible. The thick layer of oil was nauseating. This was the first time we experienced this. We usually order for take out, this time we ordered on delivery...most likely won't order again unfortunately.

This place lost its quality throughout the years. Sad! When a portuguese person asks for a bifana, he doesn't want mayo and all that junk you guys put in it.

Middle of the day and chairs were up as if the place was closed.

Chouriço was dry and old, bifana meet was also dry.

Breaks my heat as this was my favorite place to go to for a quick bit in the north end of mtl.

Ordered a chicken family trio, chicken was cut up, the cooking was uneven, some pieces were burnt and there was a chicken leg that was not well done, the meat was pink. Salad was old and limpy, salad dressing was watered down. Fries were cold and tasted reheated. Haven’t ordered from here in a while, the standards have really dropped.

I would like to write to you to share my recent experience in your establishment. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of your food and service, which previously was simply excellent. Unfortunately, I have noticed a notable decline in the quality of your dishes and the welcome in recent times.

Firstly, the cooking of the chicken now leaves something to be desired; it often happens that it is dry and hard, which makes the experience unpleasant. In addition, the sauces served have excess oil, which makes the dish heavier and alters its taste.

I also noticed that the oil used to cook the fries seems not to be changed frequently, which affects the flavor and quality of the fries. In summary, I must emphasize that the quality of the food has dropped significantly from what it used to be.

Finally, I would also like to point out that the service staff are no longer as welcoming and professional as before. This harms the customer experience and reflects the good memories I had of your establishment.

It's a shame, because your restaurant was once a very popular place. I hope that my comments can be useful to you in rectifying the situation.

I passed by on a Sunday at 6:00 p.m. the employees were doing their nails in front of me so much that I had to wait for their discussion to finish to be served.

The worst part was when I got home the chicken must have been cooked 5 days ago. Hard dry and difficult to chew. I don't recommend it.

There is no point in ordering in advance. We have tried by phone and online, the food is never ready when they say it will be. Every single time they only start the order when you get there. Don’t waste your time, don’t be in a rush.
