Casa Del Popolo has and always will be a safe space for any and all to enjoy a moment of reprieve from the harshness of the world. The staff and owners are sane, lovely, and caring people that genuinely care about their customers and the workd around them.

Been coming here for twenty years. Wifi and credit cards have changed the vibe ever so slightly but all in all good changes. Always interesting music and the recent editions to the (always) vegetarian or vegan menu are great. I love the tofu salad and the new al pastor tacos.

I’ve only ever had good times and good food here. I went for tacos today and liked the pleurote and jacquiers ones. There are a lot of vegan options so I’ll be back. The bartender was rude at first so I assumed she was having a hard day. I gave her a good tip anyway, I don’t know if she saw. she warmed up to me afterwards 💗 and asked me to give feedback about the food so I said the tofu tacos I ordered were too spicy and she said she’d pass the word to the chef 👩🏻‍🍳
