literally i dont know what happened to the old chattime/teashop service but last night was really terrible, i usually always get green tea with mango/lychee and the girl told me it'd be impossible and to choose something else, i told her that its just syrups so can she please just put both syrups and she agreed, i get my drink while shes rolling her eyes and as im tasting it its pure sugar nothing else you don't even taste the tea, so i go back and i ask her why its so sugary and she tells me its cause she added extra syrup, i dont understand how half n half means add the whole entire bottle of syrup but i asked her to remake it and she did reluctantly, only to give me a new drink with absolutely no syrup or lychee jelly like i asked and full of ice, this was extremely disappointing considering i used to always come, please train your employees better, atleast to not be rude anymore

24/7! Amazing! I guess this is the only Teashop open 24/7 in Montreal! I've visited Chinatown recently and ordered a bubble tea again! Authentic, friendly staff and quick service. Each time I pass by Chinatown, I cannot wait to pass by the shop to order myself a bubble tea!

#TeaShop now uses organic fruits, so the drinks taste fresher and healthier. They also said new items will be added to the menu soon, which sounds exciting!
