I think they closed down for renovations but amazing food, tastes like home. Hope they reopen soon

Odd pink wall with need of renovations. HOWEVER, it more than makes up for it with its incredible food.
I ordered the beef fried rice and cantonese chow mein and the portions were so generous for only 13$. The food was also delicious. Fast, generous, and amazing taste. They also give out a free fortune cookie which is nice.
Wouldn’t go here for a date but definitely would for a chinese food craving that’s also super cheap. I will come back many times.

best chinese food in montreal!! made with love.
Love the famous braised pork belly and the shredded pork with sweet and sour garlic based sauce. I order here at least 2-3 times a week

Ordered takeout, it was expensive and tasted very casually.

It's delicious, but the boss is too picky. I originally ordered buy one, get one free, Mapo Tofu and other dishes at Uber Eats, but after waiting for 20 minutes, they were canceled. I canceled the buy one get one free option directly on Uber Eats, which wasted my lunch time. The service is really bad! I don’t know if the discounted price was too affordable and the boss couldn’t bear to part with it :)

I had their spicy Szechuan fish which was fairly good / serviceable.
Then I had this - I can’t remember the name but it’s a mix of seafood (octopus, crab, shrimp), meat (beef or pork slices) and beef or pork stomach with potato slices, cabbage, and wood ears (a type of mushroom).
So a HUGE HUGE HUGE variety of meat and veg in one go. ?
Big enough for two or three people - for ~$23
The waiter had recommended it - it’s very good, I was by myself so it lasted me for two more meals.
Highly recommend if you like spicy food.

I ate the most unpalatable shredded potatoes in my life here...not to mention it was very sour, but there was actually ginger in it! ! ! Oh my

Superb service and saverous food. Very few restaurants downtown have such good service and such a family atmosphere.

Restaurantji Recommends
Correct, nothing more.
Their customer service is horrible. They do not speak English or French and it was very difficult to make them understand what I wanted to order. The food did not seem fresh and did not taste good at all. There are better sechwan restaurants in downtown. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
