Stopped by this cozy cafe on Sunday and decided to give it a try. Went for the ham and cheese croissant with a cappuccino and it was really excellent. Definitely one of the best cafes I’ve been to in Montreal. Service was quick and friendly too.

Beautiful little cafe in a convenient location near hotels and Old Port. Baristas are skilled and professional—Jacob and Justine provided great service and made me a delicious coffee. Beans are locally roasted, wide selection of teas. Almond and oat barista quality milks available—unfortunately no vegan or gluten free options available currently. Pastries, sandwiches are made fresh in house. In house syrups as well. Selection of local jams, spices, oils, etc. for purchases—good gifts for tourists. Small terrace outside and plenty of seating inside.

The outside entrance of this cafe looks pretty. Inside is a bit odd with the covered Albert Einstein poster.
I just tried the butter croissant, but it was not my thing.
Sandwiches are made fresh though.
Server spoke English.

Nestled into a cozy corner in old Montreal, this split level cafe caters to tourists and locals alike with kindness, care to detail, and with grace. Food is fresh and the coffee beans can also be purchased by the bag.
If you order an iced cafe latte, you will be pleased to see what patience and care they take to create this refreshing and energy boosting beverage. It’s like alcohol mixology and they even use a shaker to chill the espresso, creating a smooth frothy “crema”. All I can say is go.
It’s clean.
It’s affordable.
Cool layout and atmosphere.
Air conditioned.
Kind bilingual service.
Worth your time and energy to go.

Amazing place to be here, staff is so polite. Great place to have a coffee
Colin, the proprietor dubs it, “the little village café in the big city.” I agree. It’s just around the corner and the service is quick and friendly. They serve the perfect cortado to go. All shots are double, so no need to specify.
Not only did they let Muki in, Colin even gave her three cute little treats (which Muki would only eat once we got home).
