I've been eating at a restaurant in Hochelaga several times, so when I passed by the Time Out Market I said to myself I'm going to go eat a burger since it just opened. My 2 stars is not for the quality or taste of the food but for the service I received and believe me, this review pisses me off a little because it's the best hamburger I've eaten in my life. I am devotedcustomer of the canteen and for real I felt bad yesterday Friday March 29th. I'm quite picky about food, when I eat a burger I eat it plain so only the patty and the bun. I never had a problem at the Hochelaga restaurant ordering a plain hamburger but at the Time Out Market I was refused my hamburger without toppings ? The person at the cash register told me in a curt tone that it was not Wasn't possible to order a plain hamburger. She didn't offer me any alternatives or anything. To be honest, I felt bad ordering and left with a bitter taste. I wasn't asking for the moon, I was just asking for a very simple order and I was turned around. I could have easily paid the price of a hamburger on the menu but instead I was made to understand that it was the menu or nothing. How difficult is it for you to make me a hamburger with nothing in it?

Petit endroit chaleureux où on est super bien accueilli et servi rapidement. Après plusieurs excellents commentaires, c'était à mon tour d'y aller et de tenter l'expérience. La poutine est excellente avec sa sauce piquante. Le ti double burger avec sa sauce maison omg que c'était bon. Je recommande fortement et un gros bravo à toute l'équipe ☺️

Disappointed, we arrive in a canteen and are told that they are full for the evening... no, but is it me??? I gave 5 stars but you will understand that my goal is not to diminish what they do but simply to say that it is not done in terms of customer service. We didn't arrive within 1 minute of closing...
