Having eaten in Peru I can say these don’t seem to be traditional Peruvian cuisine, the Jalea for example is usually served with plantains but came with seasoned French fries.

Honestly, everything was great, the food was excellent, but the amount of time we had to wait kinda ruined the experience for me.
We made a reservation for 8:15pm, we got there at 8:10pm and we didn’t have a table. We had to sit by the entrance until a table “opened up” a little bit after 9pm. I rarely complain about things like this, but this kinda defeats the purpose of a reservation. A group of 4 that arrived after us was seated first, which we found a bit unfair.
