The BEST. Do not miss when in Montreal. I loved the Oreo combo. Hazelnut combo I probably wouldn’t get again. I love this place so so much it was heavenly

Their portions and use of the chocolate is slightly less than other chocolat favoris franchises/stores but still if you want amazing ice cream covered in a chocolate bar, this is your spot

My girls love this place.

The location is set in one of my favorite parts of downtown, and Chocolat Favoris is a go-to spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. Their signature chocolate-dipped soft serve ice cream, paired with a candy-factory vibe, makes the experience fun and indulgent. Personally, I always stick to the “baby” or mini sizes since the ice creams are incredibly rich. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat either before or after catching a show at Place des Arts. This spot gets popular fast, so don’t be surprised if there’s a lineup—especially with tourists in the summer. When that happens, the staff can seem a bit overwhelmed.

Friendly service, ice cream is good, but the chocolate is haven.

Loved the ice cream dipped in your choice of sauce. The sauces felt of much higher quality than similar places.

Great place for ice cream downtown. Service could be faster and better tho. Some employe gaves us 1/2 of our ice cream, didn’t say sorry for making us wait an extra 5min for nothing.

Tried something new the staff suggested me today : the Dubai chocolate blitz 🤤
No too sweet, vanilla ice-cream with crunchy pistachios, chocolate and strawberries 🤤 YUMMY!!!!

The guy (blond long hair, bleu eyes) who served me was amazing as well! 5 ⭐️

The ice cream is creamy and decent. The variety of hard shells was unique, but somewhat challenging to eat. Highly recommend a cone over a cup to fully enjoy the experience of the hard shell. There are a variety of toppings flavor choices such as the dulce de leche

Such a cute spot for ice cream. Ordered the cookies and cream and the caramel dipped vanilla soft serve. Both yummy 😋

I love the chocolate coverage, but the ice-cream itself is just fine. Also, it's kind of messy inside.

We just discovered Chocolats Favoris during our trip to Canada—and we are blown away! This is hands-down the best ice cream we’ve ever had. The quality, creativity, and flavors are on a completely different level compared to anything we’ve tried in the U.S. (and we’ve tried a lot!).

We’re honestly so sad that there are no locations in Central Florida. If Chocolats Favoris ever opens here, it will instantly become a huge hit. The market is ready for something fresh and premium like this—especially in a place like Florida where ice cream is a year-round craving.

Your brand has everything it takes to not just survive, but absolutely dominate the U.S. ice cream scene. Please, please consider expanding here—we’re ready and waiting! 🍫🍦💥
