Wow. A wonderful discovery. An ice cream to enjoy whenever you're in the Arts District or Montreal, and in any season. I highly recommend it.
The guy who served us licked his fingers while he ordered the cones, ate the failures directly in front of the customers, etc. (Saturday around 10 a.m.)… it’s a shame because they are good products but at Place des Arts, we always have a service that leaves something to be desired…
Super expensive for what it is. Not worth it.
Amazing chocolate ice cream and brownies! They do have vegan option. Their salted caramel sauce is so good that you don’t mind getting diabetes! Just kidding, don’t drink it! Amazing ice creams and super nice people!
Every visit is a delight
They are very good in presentation and flavor
Overrated, average quality, not worth the price
You guys really need to rethink the packaging you use on your takeout orders. A paper container for a brownie sundae DOES NOT WORK! The ice cream seeps through the paper and the chocolate sauce then sticks to it so I have to peel it off which removes the paper with it. I then throw out the pieces that have paper stuck on it. Just use a different container for your sundaes; i'm tired of soggy wet orders with ice cream seeping through and paper stuck to the toppings.
Hmmmmm! 😍
I love the ice cream with chocolat and nuts toppings. It is chocolat of good quality.

I like Favoris chocolate. I like the diversity of the merchandise but especially the themes according to the holidays. Good quality food and quite affordable.
Very good service and delicious and original products 👌
Excellent product! Welcoming!
First, the employees didn't seem to want to let us try a few kinds of chocolate to dip our cones before making our choices. We felt that it annoyed them. And there was pressure to do it quickly even though we were the only customers at the counter.
Second, the ice cream they served melted too quickly, even in the chocolate coating. Eating our cones proved difficult and messy. Cleaning the tables afterwards was tedious. But we took the time to do it.
Chocolate for every taste! Many options to eat on site or to take as a gift. Different and delicious flavors like cotton candy and a creamy hot chocolate perfect for the intense Montreal winter.
