Very nice restaurant to have mettings in, or for a date. Friendly fast service, good drinks, good menu variety (no specials though?) Good pricing, big portions, and very visually enjoyable. Kosher classic. Menu is big but after a while gets boring.. still good for family night or anything else.

If you need service ask Aminul.
Best waiter in chops.
I ordered food & when it came to pay i was “forced” to pay a fee of about $75 called “service fee”. A total scam and unforgivable.
“Professional Thieves” all done with suits and a big smile.
Khan was super sweet to us and the sushis were super good ! Thanks !

Excellent food, excellent service, what else can be said?
Visiting Montreal for an extended weekend and asked around about a high-end, elegant Kosher eatery to reserve a table for dinner. I was directed to Chops Resto Bar, and it certainly did not disappoint. The staff were super friendly, super knowledgeable of all the items on that I can arguably say is one of the most comprehensive menus I’ve ever seen. The food came out quickly and was delicious in every way.
One of the dishes was very dry and not edible. We asked the server to replace it, they somehow came back with even dryer dish and when ask to take it off the bill, the waiter refused.
Chops does it in a right way.
The sushi was impeccable—fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. Every bite felt like a journey of taste and quality. On the other hand, the burger was massive and packed with juicy, perfectly seasoned ingredients. The portions were generous, and it was truly satisfying.
The ambiance added to the experience—stylish and elegant yet comfortable. The fusion of these two cuisines was unique, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience that combines the best of both worlds.
5/5 stars—can’t wait to go back!
