The food here is pretty good, not much on the menu you can go wrong with. The only issue is the service is often slower for groups. I have come here with 3- 4 people and never had problems. With office groups during the day though, when your time is limited (meetings/need to get back to the office), it can take quite long to get your orders.

The restaurant is nice and busy. It has its unique quality to it. The place mats are old vinyl's. But there were some low points: the music is a bit loud and the service was a tad bit slow.

J’ai commencé à fréquenter ce restaurant dès le commencement et je dois dire que je suis extrêmement déçu. J’y étais hier et l’un des plats préférés qui était le poulet portugais était un échec. Même la frite de patate douce n’était pas bonne alors que pendant plusieurs années C’ÉTAIT LA MEILLEURE FRITE DE PATATE DOUCE DE TOUS LES RESTAURANTS CONFONDUS. Je comprends que le restaurant est devenu très populaire et qu’il en a un peu souffert. Mais ce n’est pas une raison pour tourner le dos à ce qui a fait son essence. Ce qui a fait la célébrité de @cinko c’était son menu simple, raffiné et pas cher. J’y ai passé des moments merveilleux mais malheureusement je n’y retournerai plus.

First thing you notice is the eclectic decor. I would recommend not to sit in the first room (stools) but rather in the back room. Service is amateur (student staff) but polite and quite responsive. Price of food is very affordable and of decent taste & quality. I would say a very good option vs national fast food chains. Better food quality & ambiance than close by McDonald's. Very few interesting restaurant options on this stretch of St-Denis street. This seems to be a popular place for students, as when we walked out there was a waiting line.

I loved this place! I tried 2 mojitos, loved the blueberry one so much. I had poutine with sweet potatoes, cause it's poutine week, so yummy! Had the beat salad, delicious! The presentation and food quality is great! The service is amazing, staff are super nice!

Great interior, nice service. I was excited to try this place out and was let down, the food was all microwaved and could have been SO much better with just a little more effort and ingredients. The concept for 5$ plates is such a good idea, so instead of trying to do larger plates that are poorly executed they should have done less but higher quality. Keep the menu at 5$ and don't move all the way up to 12$....

The food is on the cheaper end and the quality isn't mind blowing, but considering the price it's good enough. The staff is friendly, and the interior has personality (but is quite small).
