Took super long to get the food. Pizza was insanely stale. Overpriced.

We stayed at a Hilton property where this restaurant is located and had a long-planned dinner with a friend and her family whom I had not seen in years. We had a reservation for December 25, 2025, for a party of 11, including 4 young children.
Unfortunately, our dining experience was extremely disappointing. Our food arrived 1 hour and 33 minutes after ordering. The children did not eat until close to 9:00 PM, despite being visibly hungry. While the server and manager appeared apologetic, the restaurant seemed severely understaffed. On a major holiday, this level of delay should not have happened, and if the restaurant was unable to operate properly, it should not have accepted large reservations.
When the bill was presented, it included optional tip suggestions. Given the long delay and overall experience, I selected the lowest suggested tip. The server saw me calculate the total, watched me sign, and the payment was completed.
Later that same evening, the restaurant repeatedly called my sister’s hotel room, stating they had “forgotten” to add an 18% service charge. If this charge was mandatory, it should have been automatically included on the original receipt.
The next morning, the hotel front desk summoned me downstairs and informed me that they would be charging the additional 18% without my approval. No explanation was provided as to why it was not applied initially. I was simply told to “settle everything.”
I paid the additional amount to resolve the situation, but I am extremely concerned that:
• A mandatory charge was not disclosed or applied correctly
• The restaurant contacted another guest’s room multiple times
• An extra charge was added after the bill had already been signed and paid
I have both the original receipt and the revised receipt showing the added charge. This experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.
We stayed in Hilton where this Restaurant located, met with my friend and her family that I have not seen in years and unfotunately booked for a dinner (party of 11) for Dec 25, 2025. Our food came after 1hour and 33 minutes. We were dining with 4 kids who were starving and started to eat NOT UNTIL almost 9:00PM. The manager and the server’s face were apologetic maybe they don’t ger paid well idk. They looked understaffed, I mean why not just closed your restaurant instead wasting everyone’s money and holiday off, eh?
They handed me the bill and there were tip suggestions, so since the service was unpleasant i followed the lowest tip they suggested. The server so what I wrote and even watched me used my calculator to put total there and signed. But later that evening they called the other room where my sister stays and kept calling multiple times that they forgot to put service charge of 18% in which if it’s actually a service charge mandatory it should have been system generated on the receipt.
Next morning the front desk summoned me downstairs and again, non of them were apologetic.
THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE CHARGING ME EXTRA WITHOUT MY APPROVAL SO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL 18% of the dinner bill.
I PAID FOR IT WITHOUT HESITATION BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY THEY DID NOT PUT THE SERVICE CHARGE ON THE FIRST PLACE THEY COULD NOT ANSWER AND JUST TOLD ME TO SETTLE EVERTHING.
I will never going back to this place.
People where entitled and this is the proof the can add anything in your hotel bill without your signature.
I will post them on tiktok with all my proof of the 1st receipts and 2nd one that was revised. Also, the restaurant manager needs deodorant.
Horrible service. Was likely because we had complimentary meals with Hilton. For anyone reading this from the restaurant, I always tip as per listed cost of meals in these situations.
We waited near 15 mins for someone to take our order and when others who came in after got served first, that was enough. Even a complimentary breakfast isn't worth dealing with abysmal service. The food we saw on other tables looked ok.

Severely understaffed. Had 11 people at our table with a reservation. Only 1 waiter and 1 cook. Food came cold and waiting an insane amount of time for food (one waited 2 hours).
But I'll give them bonus points because the cheese on my nachos was delicious.

Saturday morning breakfast wasn’t as bad. Sunday breakfast was quite disappointing.
Ordered the omelette and eggs benny the first day. Asked for no meat on the benny, it ended up coming with ham. The omelette was average. Asked for white toast, they brought whole wheat and it was such dry dollar store type toast I ended up only taking a bite. I normally hate wasting food.
Sunday was avocado toast for both of us. One had an over easy egg added. It came out as poached instead. The avocado on both weren’t ripe. One was completely unripe to the point where there was no way to insert the fork or knife we had, only an actual kitchen knife would have been able to cut through.
Manager was lovely about the mix ups but in general if you don’t get breakfast complimentary with Hilton, don’t spend your money on this breakfast.

Restaurantji Recommends
Only if your staying in Hilton Garden inn:
PRO
- Quality of food is good.
- the staff are profession, but can use a bit more polishing and etiquette
- price is similar to surrounding restaurants with similar good quality
CON:
- Always appear to be understaffed; especially during breakfast - so come early
- If you stay in the hotel, you cannot charge to your room, unless you are gold or diamond member - this stinks!
- no room delivery unless you are gold or diamond member.
If you are in the mood to go out and grab a bite to eat, go! If you you want to stay in, then yes... I recommend the food.

Absolutely awful restaurant - they work in reverse gear and you can be kept waiting over 1 hour for your food, which can make you miss your pre-booked tour. They don’t offer free coffee refills and are extremely expensive. The young female waitress with black hair and black frammed glasses is exceptionally rude to customers if they do not leave a tip and has a serious deep-seated attitudinal problem. She is also very spiteful and deliberately serves slowly - she really needs to be spoken to by the senior management team and subjected to a performance review because her attitude and conduct is totally unacceptable. Tips or gratuities are not an entitlement and are not a mandatory component of a financial transaction - being rude to customers because they don’t leave a tip is very unprofessional. I do not recommend dining at this awful restaurant.

Café Circos inside the Hilton Garden Inn offered a regular but convenient breakfast for hotel guests. The servers were quite busy but still managed to provide good service considering the high volume of customers they were handling. It’s a solid option for those staying at the hotel and looking for a hassle-free breakfast experience.

Ordered my burger at 8:10pm and still sitting here waiting for it at 9pm….good thing I was not in a rush. One waitress for a full restaurant. Atmosphere is poor at best….everyone seemed in a bad mood….only reason to eat here is if you really do not want to go outside the hotel. When the burger finally arrived ….. over done …. Good times….
It’s good if you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. I wouldn’t recommend a trip to it if you are not though. The food is good, but it’s right next to the lobby of the hotel so not a great atmosphere. I had the flank steak with parsnip purée and veggies. The steak was good, but slightly overcooked.
