The quality and restaurant is not up to the mark but the price is quite high and equal to 4 or 5 star hotel restaurants. To be frank I didn’t like their food and hospitality.

XL dishes are what you would think is an appetizer dish in any normal restaurant. Tasteless for the most part.When we called to complain about the size of food, we were told that it’s our problem and no one else has complained. Was extremely rude.Will not be ordering from them again.

Order from Chops or Benny’s instead. Need to take a Covid test because this food was absolutely flavorless. Ordered general tsao and sesame chicken XL portions to get 8-10 pieces of chicken each, only difference was some sesame seeds.

Biggest rip off. 10$ soup that contains 3 spoon fills. Hamburger at 20$ plus fries that isn't worth 5$. Plus order is wrong

An appalling experience. Their standards have dropped dramatically. We paid 85 dollars for two smoked meat sandwiches and one chicken salad. The smoked meat sandwiches had maybe 20% of the amount of smoked meat advertised. It was pitiful. Called the manager, who was completely unresponsive. Spend your money elsewhere

Fraud alert.We ordered 4 burgers with family fries via uber app. It was a deal. But what we received only 4 cold burgers. When we call the resturant the owner said fries doesn't come with it. Idiot. If it doesn't come with it, then how come its a deal in uber eat and why you over charging it as a whole package . Stop robbing people in the name of kosher food. Never order again.

I came late at night near closing, the owner proceeded to serve me regardless of the hour with exemplary kindness and a big smile. The staff here is wonderful! I recommend big times!

Needed to order food for family that flew to Montreal and missed their connection late at night after over 4 hour delay. City Grill prepared the food and waited diligently for the taxi that never arrived. I forgot to leave my number, so They couldn’t call me. I finally called them, and they continued to wait for me to arrange another taxi long after they had closed, and then offered to deliver the food to the hotel in the middle of the night.Food arrived still warm and delicious.Thank you so much!

Just tried this place earlier this week and have literally ate from here every day since. Food is very fresh and there are plenty of healthy meals. Customer service is outstanding as well. I would highly recommend if looking for a healthy lunch /dinner that isn’t too expensive!

Must visit spot in Queen Marry! Kosher Food and service are in decent level. I ordered a burger KFC style for my kid and took a Shawarma in lafa for meand we absolutely lovely it! Be prepared to stand in queue as the place is always busy. But remember it's worth it! its better pre-order or just use Uber eats.
