The label clearly stated coconut jelly, but no jelly added

On February 10th, I ordered two drinks for $9, one of which was the Bubble Gaga. I asked for it without tapioca, but the cashier said the drink couldn't be changed because of the promotion. I explained that I didn't want the tapioca to avoid food waste since I was not going to eat, but she insisted there was no option to leave it out.

It was frustrating because I wasn't asking for a substitution, just to leave out the tapioca. If sugar and ice levels can be adjusted, it seems like toppings should be flexible too. It doesn't make sense that you can add toppings for an extra charge but can't remove one you don't want.

Compared to other bubble tea store that are more flexible and customer-oriented, Coco is not one of them

The girl working here was extremely rude. She barely could understand what I’m asking her for and it seemed she wanted to fool me first with 2 for 9$ drinks and then didn’t give me the free coupons which had to go with 2 drinks and which I got buying the same yesterday. Disgusting! If you don’t know how to communicate with people, don’t go working with them. 0/10000

Enjoyed the Taro with Sago, the larger size could be bigger.

Very poor customer experience.
Nothing looks / tastes like the pictures.
None of the ingredients were fresh.
I ordered a “fresh” mango and im pretty sure i got none of those.

Absolutely fantastic. The best bubble tea in the city.

I ordered a strawberry latte, which I usually buy in Toronto, but there was no 'no ice" option, so I chose less ice, but they still added a lot of ice cubes, and my latte was like sugar water, which is normally fairly thick in Toronto.

The Boba tastes awful, very different from Presotea, the Tapico pearls taste cheap, like the ones I make at home, hate it, but delivery was wonderful

A delicious place for a bubble tea. I have tried several flavors and have never been disappointed. The one I recommend the most is the Gaga bubble. Also, the staff working on site are very friendly. The only downside would be that the tables and the floor are not cleaned often enough, which is unpleasant when you consume the drink on site.
