Nov 22, Fri, at 5 pm employees had to be begged to give me an orange juice for 12 minutes and they said they close thr orange juice machine at 5 pm when the cafe closes at 7.30 pm. Always the same excuse. The worst customer service ever. Reported this incident in writing to their franchisor/ head office worldwide. After asking the employee to give me the manager details, he tortured me for 10 mins, standing looking at my face and gave me a bottled orange juice. After l insisted that l want a fresh juice anyhow OR get the owner of the store to speak to me or his email as it's my right to get one during regular service hours, he looked at my face again for 5 minutes and finally gave me one free, when l insisted l want to pay, he just didn't take my payment. It's not about the money here it's about harassing a customer and making them feel as low as possible.

The barista was nice and friendly. I wasn't too sure if I would like the Nitro cold brew, so I was hesitant to buy it. They gave me a small sample to try beforehand, which I appreciated a lot. I love coffee in its purist form (no milk, no sugar), so I loved the Nitro cold brew. The décor was really nice, and the seats with cushions were comfortable.
The atmosphere is lovely. I love sitting down to write with either a tea or a matcha latte. One of the sandwiches is to die for but i wont say which one here for fear that it will run out(its the ciabata au dinde).

First time trying Columbus and it was so so wonderful The staff was extremely kind and cheerful, they helped us with an amazing smile! The coffee was AMAZING and love how we got cocoa on our cappuccino ? A combo I didn’t know I needed! Please give a shoutout to the staff because their friendliness makes your day so much better. Also great atmosphere to work and overall nice and clean cafe! Will be back!!
