Ham and Egg croissant was delicious, coffee was good and the location was very nice. It was pretty clean and had good amount of seating. I loved the big windows and outdoor seating and the staff were also friendly.

It's modern but showing wear on the tables. No custom or simple bagels everything is a premade sandwich. Their cortado's was horrible, bubble foam... But the drip (filter) coffee was fine. Not very busy at 9:30 most weekend mornings.

Worst hot chocolate I've had in my life, it simply doesn't taste like chocolate. 8$ more wasted in Montreal.
I had to buy the chocolate cake to get rid of the bad taste in my mouth, it was delicious at least.
