i have been consitently disappointed by the coffee every single time i have come here + it's overpriced
Good location but too bad the cleanliness, service are not that much. Thus, they dont open on time.

I want to give 0 star to the service. I went to this coffee shop today to buy a cheesecake, and the service I received was completely unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude, with an angry expression the entire time. She even stared at me all the way as I was leaving, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I am pregnant, and her behavior left me feeling unwell and upset. There was absolutely no reason for her to treat a customer this way, especially when I spoke politely the whole time. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses such behavior immediately.

Edit: this Columbus really ain’t that bad overall it’s a good location
the woman at the register didn’t wait for me to scan my card she really just printed the receipt and that was it. I just went there for the points on the app like im not about to go there for their really mid food and drinks…. when I asked her why she just printed my receipt so fast like she was in a hurry, she said that I had to scan it before (it’s not possible to do so, you have to scan it after the transaction is over) to which I said that she was wrong. She kept trying to tell me that I should’ve scanned it quicker and that it was not possible to get my points back. another employee came over and fixed it thankfully but other than that im not impressed by their customer service

Great location, however the staff were hostile and ruined the experience of being there. I forgot to add non-dairy milk to my order (which is my bad), but afterwards was told it’s too late to change the milk even if I pay extra and I should “order correctly next time”. They then yelled at me from across the cafe when my order was ready. Won’t be going back.

The cashier didn't want to change the milk in my drink for oatmilk even if I told them that they did in another café Columbus and they were rude about it and they also don't greet you when you come in. Im not going back

Cheesecake was sooo stale when i ordered it. I understand it was closing time but the quality was overall quite disappointing.
FYI, communication was quite difficult as the staff here didnt understand English. The service here isnt too friendly either. Maybe language barrier..? Idk

We took a pita chicken sandwich and it was disgusting, I couldn't even finish it, and the prices are not even cheap.
The service is quite poor too, the place was empty and they didn't even bother to bring the food to the table, they've called us to go pick it up.
I don't mind paying but I expect at least decent food and service.
Avoid the place, there are plenty cafes around.

Tried the mocktail Mangojito, it's terrible, look at the picture and what I got, has nothing to do with it, took a sip and gave it back, person who prepared insists it's the same 😲 very disappointed, usually I love Colombus coffee, but this was awful.

Website shows they make salads but servers at the Cafe said no. Asked them for things on their menu, said they couldn't make it, before letting me finish my sentence.
