What a wonderful time at the Commodore. Everything was perfect. Thank you for the service, ambiance and food. I was there for brunch and the boudin was simply delicious. A big wow and I’m not even exaggerating. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Commodore!! ?

I do not recommend going to this restaurant. Their service is extremely poor, and if you do end up there, avoid being served by ‘Aishan H.’ He was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and even displayed racist behavior, with the manager seemingly unable to address it. His attitude toward customers is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant. If he is still serving, it says a lot about the establishment’s standards. We had a never occurred back to back terrible experience there all thanks to him

The food was very fresh and good. it really taste fine french dining.
We ordered 3 plates and all of them were tasting great. We had the salmon tartare with the salmon burger and the bifteck and fries.

The Server was very correct with us... the problem was the manager... he reproached us for things aggressively and was not at all courteous... I regretted my evening yesterday my friends and I We left there all angry and upset...Luckily for him I don't know his name otherwise I would have mentioned it...that will teach him to treat customers better...he will recognize himself.

Worst experience ever! From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely unsatisfactory. The manager, Patrick, treated us with a blatant lack of respect. I absolutely do not recommend this place! To avoid.

The staff’s reputation as being condescending and arrogant precedes them for good reason. I usually don’t dine under 4 star reviews but we wanted to try Commodore because the menu and venue seemed nice, but this place is not worth it. They look down at guests they know nothing about not realizing how much money they’re missing out on. We were not let in to the restaurant because my friend and I were dressed for halloween. They said the restaurant was closed when it says it closes at 11pm on google maps. I called to confirm i could come at 9:30pm, they said the restaurant is empty and we can come whenever we want. Granted we arrived at 9:50 they said the restaurant was closed, but we saw people sitting there and we saw a lady enter the restaurant when we were leaving.

There were 4 of us for my friend's birthday, we shared the duck breast as well as the salmon tartare & we all had food poisoning. We wrote to the restaurant to complain, never received a response from them. I strongly RECOMMEND AGAINST!

Negative point:
-The waiter explains the dishes to the customer. I'll put this down to the cost of fatigue.
-The main course I didn't think was good, it tasted like nothing. For a restaurant of this caliber I expected better.

I recently dined at the Commodore, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was cozy and inviting. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Patricia. Her warm demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu made us feel right at home. She offered thoughtful recommendations and was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were full and our needs were met. Highly recommended!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the condescending attitude of the waitstaff. From the moment we were seated, we felt looked down upon, as the waitress insinuated that we couldn't afford certain dishes. While we were ordering, she repeatedly questioned whether we truly understood the plates we were selecting, which came across as patronizing and unwarranted.

They rushed us throughout the meal, insisting we had to leave in two hours despite the restaurant being empty. At 9 PM, when we were supposed to wrap up, the waitress suddenly told us we could stay because they managed to find another section to sit the next group (as the restaurant was half empty), however everyone was already done due to the constant pressure to vacate our table. When we told our waitress we were done (30 minutes later), it took her an additional 30 minutes to bring the bill, and we had to ask for it. Instead of attending to us, she kept running back and forth to other tables, and ignoring ours.

During this time, three people at our table chose not to tip due to the poor service, prompting the manager to make snarky comments under his breath. We tried to ignore his remarks, but it felt as though he was intentionally trying to humiliate us by ultimately starting a loud argument, insisting we needed to be educated on restaurant etiquette and tipping culture. He claimed we deserved this treatment because we were “an hour late,” which was completely untrue, as the first guest arrived promptly at 7 PM and we ordered at 7:45. He even went so far as to say we should be grateful that they allowed us to have a table there at all.

Overall, the combination of rude service, condescension, and a dismissive manager made for an incredibly frustrating dining experience. I won’t be returning.
