Great experience. Had the Bao and a Caesar Salad. Very fresh and tastes incredible! Staff was fantastic and it was also very clean.

Having been to Copper Branch locations before, I was SO disappointed by their breakfast options and it really set my whole day up in a negative light.
The English muffin with the tempeh bacon lacked any flavour on all fronts. Muffin isn’t toasted, no effort was put into the food and I felt everything was microwaved and slapped together. The egg didn’t seem like actual egg - only a rendition of what tasted liked fumes of egg. I also got the bao buns which were also COLD and dry. The mushrooms had some flavour which I’ll give credit for - but every single dish seemed to be frozen. That’s not what I’ve experienced in the past. Such an unfulfilling meal.
The restaurant was unclean with trays not bussed and floors dirty with napkins - and this was 10:30 am in the morning! Service was mediocre with having to ask for everything from water to milk alternatives.
Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

We ate here 5 times in a 3 day period. It was the only vegan option within walking distance of our hotel. Nachos, breakfast sandwiches, Cobb salad, poutine, cookies, muffins, all very good. Restaurant is very clean and service is friendly. Highly recommend trying it, vegan or not. You won’t be disappointed!

Short lunch break for a healthy vegan and plant based power bowl . Also majority gluten free options .
Arrived later in the day past the lunch crowd so it was very quiet and there was no wait .
Got the Aztec power bowl which was good . They were out of tofu so I got the falafel as a main protein . Bowl is a good size with a base of brown rice . Vinaigrette is really flavorful and adds a good coating to the dish . Square sweet potatoes , shaved beets and broccoli all are powerhouses . Portion size of guacamole is way too small almost lost in the bowl .
Overall a good experience and healthier lunch .
