We pulled up to park outside and saw a line for this place and decided to jump on in hopes the ice cream was good (that method works very well in Japan, so we thought it would in Canada too). Even though the line was long, the guy working the counter was providing quick and efficient service, so our wait did not last too long. My friend and I tried the chocolate, cardamom, and maple between the two of us. All of the flavors were delicious! We also really appreciated the workers proficiency in both French and English. I’d highly recommend this place, regardless of the wait.Vegetarian options: There were many vegan flavors.

Absolutely delicious craft ice cream, done the original way with custard, and flavours are to die for. I mixed the pistachio with a mushroom type ice cream that reminded me of pecan caramel. The portions are small but they are very filling / satiating, I did not desire anymore than one small bowl

Really cute place and located in a convenient area. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I have tested 2 flavours cantaloupe sorbet was really really good but the Mango ice cream was disappointing. The flavour was good and subtle but it was filled with lot of ice crystals and was not dense. But I think it might be a one time thing so I will go again , but I will try it before buying a scoop
