First time visiting from Ontario, the bakery smell amazing. All the treats tasted so good.
✨ Hidden Gem Worth Every Bite! 🥐💸
I stumbled on this place by pure chance while staying at an Airbnb just a 15-minute walk away. One evening, I was browsing Google Maps to see what was around—and this spot instantly caught my eye. Intrigued, I had to check it out… and I’m so glad I did!
I was in Montreal for 5 days, and once I discovered this place and tried their goodies, I couldn’t stay away. I came back every single day—no shame! 😋
My girlfriend and I probably spent around $350 during our stay (and yes, they absolutely deserved every cent). The pastries are next-level delicious. I seriously wish I had two stomachs. 😂
⭐ Top recommendation: the almond croissant—pure heaven! 🥐✨ To this day, I still haven’t found a better one anywhere.
Do yourself a favor: GO HERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. 🙌💯
Croissant Monkland sells some of the best bread in the neighborhood, which is why I try to go there. Alas, they have two widely-spaced steps in front of the store. This is a barrier for me -- I need a walker to get around. There is a railing, which helps. I try to go with a friend, who can hold the spring-loaded door open while I struggle with the walker.
They offer pastries, both savory and sweet, and very pleasant light lunches.
What an unfortunate situation. They got my order entirely wrong. I didn’t order a chocolate flan and I did not order a multigrain loaf. They delivered these to me…and when I called to ask why…the person on the phone entirely denied that they made any mistake!
Unbelievable service. It’s unbelievable that this is Canada. Canada has never been this way.

Friendly staff and great pastries!
The highlight and go-to item for me is the regular/plain croissant - they are nice and flaky with a good crunch on the outside, and are pillowy soft and airy with the perfect amount of chew texture inside. Perfect!

Excellent baked goods, quiche and sandwiches.
Top notch customer service. Friendly and helpful staff.
Floors, doors, display counters and walls could be cleaner/better maintained.
I always recommend this bakery - better than anything in Monkland or Westmount villages.

This pastry is without a doubt my favorite for 10 years, easy, during a dinner someone can bring almond croissants and other pastries too.
Since then, I have never eaten almond croissants quite like it.
It’s so good, the almonds are overflowing everywhere, it’s soft!!!
There is a lot of choice of pastries/cakes/breads etc., the places are clean and well laid out. There is even a little area to sit and enjoy.
I was served by Ainslie but she is all helpful and friendly.
Obviously I'm going to come back to try other things, it's so good.

Ordered a box of fresh pastries , and a juice.
The juice from shelf was placed in the box in between two pastries without any cover … absolutely disgusting and anti sanitary
Had to throw it out
