They said the bibimbap has a "tiny bit of fish sauce."
Very amazing experience. Very accommodating for big groups, excellent service that makes the experience very lighthearted and huge portions. Forgot to take pictures, because we were so hungry lol.
Compare to other korean restaurant, the food was way more savoury. The tteobokki had the hint of sweet that I've been searching for so long compare to other restaurant that tend to concentrate on the spiciness. The black bean noodles was way more delicious to eat here than any other places and THE PANCAKES, so crispy.
Again, service was very nice. Servers were happy to do their jobs and cares a lot about their customers which was greatly appreciated. Honestly big 11/10 and will be coming back way more often !!
I was not here was next door
Cocodak was a good experience. I got the huge platter and shared it with my partner. It was great to taste all of the flavors of the side dishes and the beef.
The atmosphere was very similar to other Korean places I've been to; clean, soft colors, with the smell of Korean food lingering.
Overall, it was a good experience. It's not too special, but ita good place to get Korean food.
Came here on a Friday around 18:30. Some patrons already eating, plenty of room still. Staff was nice, answered questions, managed an allergy to shellfish among some in our party. All pleasant to interact with. When asked How spicy is the Sweet & Spicy Chicken, the staffer answered 3/10–and that was quite accurate in hindsight. It’d be appreciated that healthier non-alcoholic drink options be offered (and not only the 2 high sugar beverages on the menu as of 2025/05/08).
I’ll try to make it back again. Hope this review helps others!
They have a brunch menu where it’s only available on weekend morning and weekend lunch and is a small, limited menu. Their usual regular supper menu is not available. When I came, their brunch menu and the food was good!
Ordered on uber eats two different times… really good bulgog and fried chicken… but what I truly LOVED was the kimchi. DAYUMMM it was delicious! I even mixed the leftover juice and mixed it with mayo… nothing went to waste lol! Thanks!
Always great at cocodak I've been here 2 times and both service were very nice and smiled. The atmosphere was always clam when we went which was nice. Now the food was great I had the honey mustard chicken I think and my gf got something else and we shared a nice drink the chicken was a solid 7.5-8 and great her food was good too like a 6.8 and overall an enjoyable experience everytime thank you cocodak!(A little pricy though)
The best Korean restaurant I’ve ever been to! The menu is full of variety, especially their crispy fried chicken with a range of rich, flavorful sauces. My favorite is the bibimbap with fried chicken drumsticks just thinking about it makes me want to go back!
The restaurant is spacious, making it perfect for meals with family or friends. The dishes are beautifully presented, with vibrant colors that make them even more appetizing. It’s a place where you can explore a wide selection of Korean flavors. Truly unforgettable! ❤️
food comes in decently large portions and tastes very good. there's a good range of different options on the menu and there's something for everyone. my favorite dishes happen to be the tteokbokki and black sesame noodles.
the price is quite expensive for some of the food however, a beef tteokbokki is around $20 for a modest portion.
Restaurantji Recommends
I got take out and ordered the jap chae with vegetables and paid extra for tofu and an egg to turn it into a complete meal. The japchae itself was tasty but the ratio of veggies to noodles was so off. So little veggie and so many noodles. They gave two mushrooms too which was a little insulting for the price 😅 and the tofu was completely unseasoned and I had to season it myself. Not worth ordering that dish in my opinion but symbolically makes me wonder if they truly value all their customers.
The food is a MUST TRY! and the service is a MUST HAVE!
i got take out on uber eats. the pork bone soup was the best i’ve tried here! reminded me of back home, and was a great spot with good prices. the fried chicken was amazing, and the pancake as well. it came with so many sides too, love this place! would come again.
Food was great
The food in this place is amazing. They have the right amount of spiciness. The flavors are authentic.
I highly recommend the tobboki and Bulgogi
