I bought a cup of fresh fruits and a smoothie. The fruits looked good on the counter, but when they handed it to me probably picked one from the back that was visibly old. The smoothie was leaking and dripping onto my hand. I had to ask them to change it to another cup. The staff was annoyed by the things I was asking. They cleaned the same cup and returned to me, but it kept leaking more and more. I had to ask them to remove part of the smoothie, that was overfilled. Finally they fixed it and when I drunk it, the berry lemonade it was terrible, we ended up throwing it away. Don’t recommend this place.

Green smoothie not bad, but avocado toast was no good.

Only had two meals yesterday. A bowl at Cultures for lunch and noodles with sauce at home for dinner. Woke up in the morning with heavy gastrointestinal discomfort/pain have been pooping liquid all day. The bowl I ate was contaminated with something. Be warmed for your safety. Staff was nice though.

Absolutely avoid.... The salad however contained not so horrible products. But the sauce made from 100% lemons makes everything inedible...
Total disappointment.

Well served, polite, in French which is rare in the city center, reasonable prices. Fresh salads and bowls are really good.

Last night, June 15, I went to eat. I had a really excellent sandwich with salad and the young man who served me was super nice and helpful. I'm going to go back there for sure.

I just ordered an oriental salad with chicken. It's sooooooo good & the mango are tasty & sweet. The amount of sauce was perfect. Thank you for making me happy with good food ???

J'ai toujours aimé Cultures et je suis allé souvent dans d'autres succursales dans le passé. Hier je suis allé à celle-ci (Complexe Desjardins). PLUS JAMAIS!!!Je me présente au comptoir, je demande un wrap au thon. La personne qui me sert me dit que ça vient soit avec une salade, soit avec un smoothie. Je choisis le smoothie.Arrivé à la caisse, la dame me remets le terminal pour que je puisse payer avec ma carte. En me donnant le terminal, elle se dépêche d'appuyer sur le bouton du pourboire de 15%!!! Je n'ai rien dit, mais je n'ai pas du tout apprécié qu'elle me l'impose pour un service au comptoir! Mais en plus en quittant, je me rends compte que le smoothie n'était pas inclus! 5.99$ en plus!Non seulement je n'y retournerai plus, mais je dirai à tout le monde de ne pas aller à cette succursale! Il y a beaucoup d'autres places autour où manger. De grâce allez ailleurs!

Nourriture très décevante et très loin de l'image de marque. Nous avons pris pour manger sur place le Bol Cobb Californie", une protéine au choix et "Oeuf, bacon, avocat, tomate cerise, carotte râpée, vinaigrette miet et Dijon". Protéine : nous avons choisi le poulet (plus de boeuf), il y avait 3 morceaux (pas bien généreux). L'avocat bien caché dans les fonds, était noir comme si la salade avait été préparée il y a une semaine. Pas de bacon. Les belles tomates cerises de la photo du menu ont été remplacées par des quarts de tomates bien ordinaires. La vinaigrette était tout aussi ordinaire, rien ne la distinguait d'une Kraft industrielle achetée chez Costco en gros format. Bref, une erreur de ma part et je ne pense pas y retourner.

Première fois que je ramène quelque chose au comptoir. Sandwich feta légumes avec vraiment casi rien dedans! Scone aux petits fruits très mauvais aussi?

Ça faisait très longtemps que je n'avais pas pris un bol sud-ouest chez Cultures et j'ai trouvé que la qualité des ingrédients était vraiment moindre qu'avant. Que ce soit le poulet, le riz ou les légumes, tout était de qualité moyenne. Le service à la clientèle était très bon. Dans le complexe Desjardins, Il y a plusieurs autres restaurants où manger des bols comme par exemple, Poulet Rouge et la qualité est vraiment meilleure là-bas. Je n'y retournerai plus.
