Was an amazing experience at this bar, we tried the ice bar experience with exotic and rare vodka which is an one time historical adventure which includes vodka from various time frames dating back to 14th century options. Definitely come check it out.

Nice atmosphere, nice people. Service was very slow. Ordered dinner at 8:30, served at 10:45. We were offered tequila shots for the inconvenience. Food was decent.

The highlight is the vodka ice bar, naturally, but the mixed drinks are a smash too. At least, i got smashed.

An amazing experience. This establishment is beautifully designed with a staff of expert’s to make it a place you’ll want to linger for a while. From Sebastian the bartender to Patrick the manager, these people are masters at their crafts and I cannot thank them enough for such an incredible experience. It was a true privilege to meet these gentlemen. Excellent food and drink along with an “Ice Bar” experience unlike any you’ll have, it is the place to see while in Montreal. This was my first time here but certainly not my last. A 10 out of 10.

Had a very nice time celebrating my sister's birthday at Cyr. The manager Patrick was very kind and welcoming, the service was excellent and the food was very tasty. We finished off the evening with the vodka tasting at their ice bar which was a very fun experience that I would recommend to all!

I highly recommend that you steer clear of this “high end” restaurant as they have no respect for their customers. As we were a group of 9, we were forced to take the group menu. Howevever be aware that this place is extremly over priced and isn’t vegan friendly. I had checked the menu online before hand and noticed a few options but when I asked for that menu upon arrival I was told I was not allowed to order from that menu. I was basically forced to take the only other option which was a tomato salad, “mac & cheese” and a dessert which was definetely not worth the price at all. The waiter lacked any knowledge when asked what was in the dish and to top it all off the person who seemed to be the manager of some sort came over to me and asked if everything was to my liking. I was honest and told him how unhappy I was with the service as well as the fact that I was forced to get food I didn’t want. His reply to me was “we’re not a vegan restaurant”. I’m extremly appalled and disgusted. Not only is that inconsiderate and disrespectful, it’s a disgrace. They lack basic customer service skills and have no right marketing themselves as a high end restaurant.

The ambiance was definitely nice and the food was pretty decent. However I would not recommend this place for larger groups. They force you to take their group menus because "the kitchen has to prepare for it" despite the fact that you might not even order food but just want drinks. Furthermore, there wasn't even an option for how your steak will be cooked as the only explanation for this is that they're all done to medium rare in batches beforehand and likely reheated. If you market yourself as a mid to high end restaurant as your prices and decor show, the least you can do is offer a regular menu so that people can choose what they pay for. Waiters did not know the ingredients on the menu and were unwilling to budge on offering options for dietary restrictions. All in all, go there for a date or in small numbers, steer far away if you're a bigger group as the management is rather unaccomodating and seem to be gouging you for cash.

Friendly staff. Nice decoration and positive vibe. The price are little high but worth to try. Ice bar with fantastic vodka collection is highly recommended for vodka lover!
