We had an early dinner there today. If you like traditional sichuan dishes, I would recommend you to try this restaurant. We told the waiter that we prefer to typical spicy but less salty. We got the food exactly as we asked for.
One of the best Hubei restaurant in Montreal if not the best. We travel all over China and tried almost every chinese restaurant in Montreal. It's authentic, cheap, it really bring you back to China.
The food is served very slowly and the taste is acceptable. It can only be said that it is not easy to open a restaurant and it is difficult to maintain the taste. If the food is served quickly, more cooks are needed. Go early or go later.
