This was one of my favorite ice cream places in Old Port many years ago. Went back with the family today and paid almost $18 for 3 cups of 2 scoops but the scoops were so tiny it was not worth the money paid. At least if they gave full scoops it would seem reasonable. My youngest son got half a scoop. Quite disappointed.
Long line was well managed and moved quickly. Staff were energetic and friendly. Food was absolutely excellent. I had a maple latte with a desert square- a shortbread with a soft sticky maple layer that was the best thing I ate in Montreal. I keep thinking about it. My girls had fruit sorbet that was a lovely soft texture with real fruit and vibrant flavor. We would have gone back but they were closed on Mondays. It’s a must for anyone in the vieux port!
This shop offers maple syrup, cookies, and ice cream. I recommend trying the maple syrup-flavored items, a Canadian specialty. Additionally, the shop’s decor is very bright and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
