Genuinely appalled at the rudeness of the staff working 16-12-2024, around 19:30~. Called to confirm the address, as some delivery personnel are confused when the apartment number is before the civic, and response I got before even finishing my request was incredibly rude; "I don't see how that's my problem.", then hanging up.

Not to mention the sandwich was inedible with under-cooked (yet somehow old?) bread.

Unequivocally avoid.

Its a sub place. I love the fact that they slice the meat fresh. And their cheeeeeese. Its real cheese 🧀. They also got the sub of the day just for 9.99. U get the whole 12 inch for 9.99$

I came in and got myself a Dagwood sandwich! Absolutely delicious, delicious meats cut on the spot! Pickles are delicious !

The star of the show wasn’t the sandwich but the workers 2 guys served me, they were so kind and made sure i got a great service. Just a great experience.

Finally had a sub here in my 3rd year at loyola! 10$ for a small tuna sub including tax and tip. I wish they had cucumbers but pickles are good and there’s lots of sauces. I got lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, onion, pickles, cheese, tuna, and spicy mayo on a white loaf. I like the picnic benches outside! Really nice staff :)

The man was going to make my sandwich with the same oven mitts that he had used to get the customer before me to pay. I politely ask him to change his gloves for new ones and he responded very rudely. Very arrogant!
