Poor service! Manager was mean and yelling at the top of her lungs because my son wanted to use the bathroom and they refused to let him even after he asked permission nicely. Later while eating my son was agitated because he didn’t get to go, so we asked again and the manager became angry and started yelling and asked us to leave before we even finished eating. Don’t recommend this location!

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick-up, and was given an estimated 12:42 time they'd be done. I was working, so I took my lunch and planned around this pick-up time with my partner who I was trying to meet for lunch. I arrived to pick them up about 5 mins after the estimated time, allowing a little buffer. The long and short of it is I waited for about 35-40 mins after my estimated time before they got my sandwiches done. At least 10-12 walk-in customers were served more quickly than my pre-order. I normally wouldn't care, but this defeats the purpose of pre-ordering your food if I could've just stood in line and got my food significantly faster. I would have done this if I hadn't already paid online.

I understand things get busy, but I think most customers would expect that pre-orders will be ready at least close to the scheduled time. That's the whole point of ordering ahead. The staff also didn't seem too concerned. There were 2 ladies working at the time. I was told they'd get to my order once they were finished helping the customers in line. After 30 mins went by of waiting after my scheduled time, I had to ask again. When I eventually got my order, there was no apology or even acknowledgement, which is whatever, but it felt kind of cold. Given the service, and quality of what you get, not sure I'd care much to return here.

I've been going to either the NDG or the Westmount shop once or twice a week for a while now. Ì like the subs and both stores are a nice walk from my place. Of course the server makes a huge difference. Most are fine, but some aren't really listening. For example, they'll try to toast it even if I already said no. Ì get it. It can be a long day.

But lately a new server has made me pass on dagwoods. One time she kept trying to add pickles; which I detest. Ì thought she understood after I spoke to her twice. But at home, I found she had loaded it with pickles. The juice had soaked into the sub to the point I found it inedible. Ì just threw it out. Ì then skipped it for a couple of weeks before trying again.

I had to actually raise my voice as she tried twice to add pickles. When I got home, I discovered a lone pickle garnishing my meal. Is that a joke? Does she own stock in a condiment company? This may seem minor, but the subs are $13 to $16. That is too much to waste. 5 stars ordinarily, but only one when pickle girl is working. Ì doubt I'll bother returning.

Payed for 3 trios and wasnt asked what to put on my sandwiches and wasnt allowed to choose what i wanted on my sandwiches. Never had this problem anywhere else. Chicken was tough to eat, food was very good. All in all i wouldnt go back here. Wanted my money

I was not allowed to use the bathroom even though I asked if I could order a sandwich first and then go. I needed to know that I would be able to go to the bathroom after ordering because otherwise I would have to go somewhere else and she said sorry it's not possible. I hope this was not a racist thing, I really do. How can you have a restaurant that doesn't allow clients to use the bathroom????????

Way better than Subway. Very fresh and good tasting ingredients. Guy working the counter alone short staffed, covered all his bases today, great service, fantastic sandwhiches. Their bread is delicious on its own.

I went to eat lunch here and needed to wash my hands before getting in line to order but the young woman rudely told me I wasn’t allowed to go near the bathroom before ordering. I explained that I just needed to wash my hands before getting in line and that I was planning on eating there but she aggressively told me I wasn’t permitted until I had my food. This was done in a very rude manner and loudly for all those in the small restaurant to hear. I ended up leaving to go eat elsewhere. Please train your staff to treat their paying customers better. That was uncalled for and upsetting. (Monday morning 24 March, 2025, so you can know which employee it was)

The worker was very kind and greated me with a smile. Prices are good for the amount of food you get. Service was fast and great! Will be coming back :)

Genuinely appalled at the rudeness of the staff working 16-12-2024, around 19:30~. Called to confirm the address, as some delivery personnel are confused when the apartment number is before the civic, and response I got before even finishing my request was incredibly rude; "I don't see how that's my problem.", then hanging up.

Not to mention the sandwich was inedible with under-cooked (yet somehow old?) bread.

Unequivocally avoid.

Its a sub place. I love the fact that they slice the meat fresh. And their cheeeeeese. Its real cheese 🧀. They also got the sub of the day just for 9.99. U get the whole 12 inch for 9.99$

I came in and got myself a Dagwood sandwich! Absolutely delicious, delicious meats cut on the spot! Pickles are delicious !

The star of the show wasn’t the sandwich but the workers 2 guys served me, they were so kind and made sure i got a great service. Just a great experience.

The food was really good, and the service was really good, the guy there was really nice and informative!! I got a 12 inches with chips and a drink for $16!! what a steal !! Will definitely come back

Good sandwiches, but you have to like whole wheat bread as they seem to have supply issues with white bread
