☠️Warning Food Poisoning ⚠️‼️ Diarrhea within 45min-1 hour of eating Blizzard Oreo ice cream (group of people all same) first time happening.
Read online that it’s due to: Probably buildup of bacteria in machine when less customers are passing and combination of not properly emptying the machine as you’re supposed to and proper cleaning.
Hygiene is bad: super cheap and cutting corners (such as measuring everything and putting even less than supposed to)

Timed it well and we came in before a big rush. Person was here working by herself. Very friendly. Spoke good English. She made some awesome blizzards! Felt bad for her with the big group of students that came in after - big line to manage.

I ordered in advance a customized cake for an event to find out the day of the pick up that none of my orders are ready. The cashier is still nice to propose doing my order fastly but I still had to wait +20 minutes. It was so hassle and disappointing. Definitely will be avoiding this place from now on.
The staff’s behavior was unacceptable. We stood at the counter for 5-7 minutes without being attended to, so we ended up leaving. Despite seeing us, the lady continued with her tasks and made no effort to assist us.

Had really bad experience i went to this location twice this week and it was same both the times i went around 9:45 PM they close at 10 PM the girl made my ice cream in rush just half of it had flavour and half was just plain vanilla i also paid extra for topping and syrup but it was just not worth paying as i just paid for half vanilla I first thought that’s ok it’s just time of closing so they must be tired I understand but this was repeated again and again so that’s not the way you serve a customer.
