My very first time ordering one from them, I took a personalized birthday cake for a friend, I left it in my fridge at the moment of the surprise I realized that the cake had melted. I cried so much and felt embarrassed. I usually keep cakes in the fridge, I was really surprised by the result. Apart from that the area is beautiful and friendly, the service is impeccable. The girl at the checkout was very nice.
