Got a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate as I was picking up our order of oreo ice cream cake for a birthday. So good. I did find that $5 for a small ice cream was a lot, however.

Going to this store is like going to ask someone to steal from you. They will mess up ur order then gaslight. Never, any better employees due to horrible management. Beware if you call to complain!!!! They will grill you on it being ur fault they messed up ur order and never refund or return. Will charge extra for no reason. Pure robbery!
Blizzard in picture paid for extra cookie dough. Do you see any!?!?! Don't fall for scam where all ur topping are at the top then pure vanilla ice cream 3/4 of the rest of cup. ? we should all come together to make small claims!!!!

Prices are too high for the portion size
Almost $8 for a small blizzard, which you would expect to pay $3.99 plus tax.
To order you have to lean over, the window is much too low. Take note if you plan to renovate.

4 employees inside but only one serves customers and it is poorly organized
When paying, it very often happens that the transaction takes place twice. And the wait is very long to be served, 50 minutes of waiting to be served and there were only a few people in front of me.

They categorically refuse discount coupons. Forget promotions because they don't honor them.

They will not serve the next one if they have not served the one in front of them. Too difficult to get it to the 2nd window to reorder. So if someone places a large order, everyone has to wait for the entire order to be made.

Then when 10 p.m. arrives, it's thank you good evening and they close, even if several customers are still waiting, they close everything and leave without serving those who have waited for more than 30 minutes. It’s a bit of a wild service.
They say they lack employees but there are always 2 or 3 behind who are paid to do nothing. Maybe a good clean up among the staff would help them.
