I drove there from the South Shore of Montreal yesterday since I usually have the best service but it was horrible. We got there at 22:15 pm and were in line. We waited 30 minutes in the fresh and chill weather and when it was our turn, the staff closed the window and told us "We are close, the store closes at 22:30pm and our manager doesn't pay us after that."We were shocked to be told that after having waiting 30 minutes. Note that there was around 20 people in line behind us. It is not something that I expected from Dairy Queen and I do not recommend this establishment anymore.

Got a banana split and it was delicious, not very expensive considering costs if food has gone up...service staff was friendly and courteous

I had a great experience at Dairy Queen. The service was quick, parking was plentiful, and the variety of treats was impressive. I'll definitely be coming back.

great service and friendly staff, removed on star as there is no guidance lines for how to approach the counters, so when there are many people you find yourselves not sure where to put yourselves concerning distancing dur to covid.
