The woman behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude for no apparent reason. In 35 years in Canada I haven’t experienced such a bad service. She was ranting even in front of my 11 years old daughter. We were simply shocked. It was our vacation in Montreal and that experience completely ruined it. This woman gives bad name to Montreal with her 3rd world country attitude and service. She should take it back to her country or at least not to be in business.
