The food is delicious, the displays are amazing, yet it's not without issues, mostly with food on the verge of expiry and semi-hefty prices. Other than that, they deliver a decent service.
I can't give a high rating but seriously it's still the best thing when arriving at the central station by train if you're in transit and avoiding the damn disgusting fast food chains. High prices for what it is but at least you get fresher food cooked on site. Salad bar. Overall friendly staff.
