Way too overpriced for leathery chicken and had to load chilli sauce to add flavor

My family was only in Montreal for a few hours and I wanted a nice place with good food and an easy vibe and this was AMAZING! The server was so nice as well (she taught us the rules of rugby versus football), the food was incredible and we polished every plate

I'm absolutely in love. Thai cuisine is my ultimate favourite and Deksen really hit the spot with some classic and new favorites. Will definitely be returning again and again for the service, the amazing food and the extremely friendly staff.

We ordered salt and pepper shrimp, tom yum soup, chicken gyoza, their new flower dumplings, red and green curries (both came with rice), grilled mackerel (very nice with a great green dip).

Really good all around. Worth a visit.

Mediocre Thai food. Lacks the fragrant tastiness of Thai dishes. There’s a lot of better places at the same price and lower in the area.

Cannot go wrong with this place if you’re looking for halal thai food. Gyozas were great and mango sticky rice is a must.
However, the beef in my pad see ew was a little tough, which made the meal a little less enjoyable. Wish they had stronger A.C as well since it was hot inside.

Overrall, food and service were great.
Would come back any time for the mango sticky rice.

Solid Thai food in MTL.

I came here with my girlfriend for a fairly late weekend dinner.

We ordered the pad kra prow, pad see ew, and two thai iced teas for a total of $72 for 2 people including tax and tip.

It was a solid meal, simply put! The pad see ew was flavorful, and the pad kra prow was actually a fried rice which was an interesting variant of the dish I haven't seen before.

Overall, it might be a bit pricey if you're factoring in drinks, tax and tip, but it's good Thai food in MTL if you want to give it a try.

Pad Thai had a fishy gross smell.
Khaosoye tasted like korma! Also had two whole skin leg pieces. Boring looking servers giving zero information about the food when taking order. Pathetic tasting food. Super disappointed, went after seeing so many reviews, drove 20 mins to eat korma that I can make at home for free.

everything about this thai spot felt super mid… nothing wrong with anything but nothing particularly good or exceptional with anything either… just a decent meal with decent portions with decent flavours… i’ve had plenty of better thai restaurants

Food is good, service was meh. They did try to own up for a mistake which is appreciated. Left feeling a bit underwhelmed.

The staff is very welcoming and kind. The food was ok 3/5. It was lacking a bit of flavour.

The food is absolutely delicious. Every dish is simple yet complex in flavour. Just delicious. Service is friendly and accurate. The room is very casual but it’s a perfect neighbourhood place.
