15 minutes to take the order, 45 minutes to be served, dishes barely warm and frankly bad, apart from the fries, to the point where we didn't finish them.
Certainly one of the worst restaurants in Montreal.
Run away !

Went with a relative large group, had to wait for over an hour for the poutines to come. The waiter messed up the order, and when we corrected him that we did not order this but instead ordered something else that was cheaper, he told us he corrected the order in the machine, but in fact he didn’t change the price, only the name of the dish in the machine and we had to pay extra. The pasta was the most unappetizing food I ever had, it was almost just pure cream on boiled pasta. The food is not even worth half the price.

Had a great smoked meat sandwich and a cider. Owner was very nice and a big rugby fan. Best place I’ve found in Montreal to watch the World Cup.

AVOID. Food Was OK but the girl in the counter was putting 18% tips without asking you. Also she was keep on changing the receipt place so that customers don't look at it. Was way better before but unfortunately got worsen and the owner should be watching these kind of

Hamburger bread was burnt
The mushroom pasta was not cooked and to top it off the bathroom is in the kitchen and we had to step over the gray bins for the fries on the floor

I would not recommend at all.Our waitress forgot one of our appetizers and brought it at the end of the meal after realizing. Smoked meat was fatty and chewy and sandwiches are below par. Considering they say they are a deli, it was extremely disappointing. The salad that is to be included is 2 spoon fulls of coleslaw. One sandwich didn't even come with a bottom bread, just ridiculous. Considering where they are, you would expect much, much better. Overpriced and very bad service and food. Avoid.

Avoid at all cost. We waited 90min to get our simple sandwiches from entering this restaurant. The service was so rude and slow. When we asked when the food will come, they offer us to cancel after an hour wait. Montreal is amazing city dont ruin by going to this place.

The service was abysmal. Waited 20 mins for water, put our whole order in at the same time. We waited 45 minutes for sandwiches, our waiter never showed his face again until the food was ready. The other waitress came by to ask if we needed anything so I asked how much longer the food would be because we were going to Cirque (we arrived 2 hours before our show time) and she rolled her eyes so hard I thought her eyes would never see the light of day again and said she wasn’t our waitress…ok thanks for offering…? Food finally came out, it was ok. Fries were cold, the marinara sandwich barely had any sauce. We had to wait another 5 minutes until eye roll McGee showed back up to ask for napkins…she stormed off and brought us one long piece of paper towel. Cool. I will not be going back. The inside of the restaurant was also dirty, disgusting.

Very disappointing. Sat with a larger table, waitress misunderstood our order for 3 french onions soups as appetizer only got 2 and the 3rd came after finishing the entree's even after telling the server it was too late and unwanted. Order 2 smoked meat sandwiches 1 deli sandwich & 1 regular sandwichDeli came with american cheddar & mustard, the cheese was kraft or velvetta & it was hiding the mustard so it did nothing for the sandwich. Regular sandwich came without a bottom? Menu also advertises a side salad as a combo, this was a lie we recieved a 2 oz portion of sad wet coleslaw & when asked they confirmed that was the "side" which was tablespoon of coleslaw.Service was bad, our server stood by the front door while we sat on the patio. Other customers recieved table touches & check ins on how the food is or how they enjoyed it. Because it was clear we were not enjoying our food, the server was too afraid to talk with us or approach our table till we clearly asked for the bill. The server was very unprofessional in her approach to help us with the issues, as they were followed by deep sighs and eye rolls that we refused to pay certain items which were clearly not made properly and without care.Needless to say avoid this location, quality of food and service were abyssmal & conducted without any care for the customer

We ordered two margarita pizzas, calamari, mushroom ravioli and a smoked meat sandwich. The crust of the pizza was stiff, the sauce rather non-existent and the cheese, not melty, there was no basil. I would have preferred to have been suggested something else so as not to be disappointed. It was reheated. The squid was overcooked, the crispiness was there but the coating was much too browned. And what's more, it was bathed in oil. When it was time to pay, the drinks server came to ask us for our order again, instead of communicating with his colleague who had taken note of our choices (on her personal phone).
And something a little strange, the cash register receipt shows the address 262 rue Saint-Paul while the receipt from the Interac machine shows 269 de la Commune, and the name of the restaurant is different. We won't go back there.

We went there to eat lunch based on the menus outside (in the street and on the terrace), but the prices displayed were not the right ones (much lower than those charged). If we had known, we would have made other choices. Also the salads are basic with lettuce that doesn't look fresh, even if the server changed the dish, it's not worth the price.
