Please train your front staff on how to use the milk foamer!! Not only did the server steam my milk for so long that it was nuclear hot, the fat also separated from water. I paid almost 5$ for a drink I couldn’t even have cause it was so hot.

I had such an amazing experience at this dessert shop! I had a last minute cancellation for a birthday cake and was really in a rush to find something special. When I arrived at the store, Ivory the baker/cashier went above and beyond to help me. She suggested a beautiful red velvet cake that looked exactly like what I had in mind, added the icing for me, and even wrote “B-Day ” on it just the way I wanted.
Her service was incredibly fast, thoughtful, and kind. Irery really understood what I needed and made it happen perfectly. It’s rare to see this level of customer service these days, and I’m so thankful for her help. She truly turned a stressful situation into a great experience.

I recently ordered an oreo eggless cake from here and for the price, it is not worth it. The taste is okayish and I also want to mention that we decorated our cake after bringing it home again because it is was like any other average cake. So, to conclude, I am ready to pay more when I could a good cake, but I am not satisfied with the cake I got here.

Ordered a red velvet cake and got delivered a birthday without any explanation… the second order was a Milles Feuilles…. Complete imbalanced distribution between the crisp and the cream… It is appears to be a rushed preparation without considering the harmony… You gonna lose clients if you keep downgrading and being negligent on orders…

The Almond croissants used to be the best you could have , but lately they don’t make them like they used to. They are dry and with no almond filling inside. Sad that it doesn’t deserve its price anymore.

The staff are like siblings. Got stung by a wasp inside and they lowkey got me ice and soothing agents, checked on me periodically and made sure it wasn’t an allergic reaction
