I don’t usually expect much from fast-food spots, but this place completely changes the game. The burgers are freshly made with quality ingredients juicy patties, crisp toppings, and bread that actually tastes artisanal. The onion rings and fries are golden, not greasy, and the portions are generous without compromising flavor.
Service is quick and friendly, but what impressed me most is how consistent everything feels , it’s fast food done with care and pride. You can really taste the difference in the quality compared to other chains. Definitely one of the best spots if you want a burger that’s quick but still feels gourmet.

👎The food and decor at Dillalo are decent but the service has gotten horrible. We were loyal customers for over 15 years. After a rude encounter with a waitress due to a sneaky extra charge that wasn't disclosed, I gave management several fair chances to make things right. Instead, they stalled for months, and ultimately brushed it off. I also got a snarky comment that I felt was due to speaking English.
There are plenty of great local spots that respect their customers regardless of language or background. I suggest giving them your business instead.

I’m honestly still in shock from my experience here. I ordered a poutine and discovered a cockroach or some kind of bug in it. When I brought it back to the counter and calmly explained the situation twice, the staff member screamed at me and said she didn’t understand what I was saying. Instead of addressing the concern respectfully, she walked to the back and showed the food to the kitchen staff while completely ignoring me for 2–3 minutes.
Then, right in front of me, she took out a can of RAID and stared at it, like that was somehow an appropriate response. She finally turned to me and asked if I wanted her to make another one. Obviously, I said no and requested a refund. She told me she had to call the manager, which she did — but once off the phone, she handed me my money without a single word. No apology. No acknowledgment. Nothing.
Not only was the situation disgusting, but the complete lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and food safety awareness was appalling. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to check their food carefully if they choose to eat here.
