The food is absolutely delicious and the owner was so so kind. There was a problem with my card and the owner so reluctantly offered for me to come back and pay later. Even after a few tries my card wouldn’t go thru and at the end I had to e-transfer the money but he was so patient thru all of it. DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

I ordered thiebou dieun and soupou kandja and it was really so good, healthy and good in taste, a real treat. You call and he will prepare a fresh dish for you. Hygiene was at the top I really recommend it ???
Always a pleasure to eat at Diolo when the restaurant is open to public. I've been going there since 2020, every time I'm in Montréal. The food is well seasoned, and has authentic taste. The owner is very friendly, you call and order in advance so he can prepare beforehand as he's the only person working in the restaurant. He's mainly doing catering. Would recommend his thiep, mafe, bissap and pastel.

Simply exquisite. We had the Tiebou Dieunne and the fish of the day which was a grilled sea bass. The chef prepares his sauces and marinades with great care and the cooking was just as perfect. Chef Edmond cooks with his heart, as he will tell you himself. He is exceptionally honest and the quality of his ingredients is clearly very important to him. So give him the chance to work all his magic for you and let him know if you plan to come. You will not be disappointed.

Very good food, Edmond is super nice. I highly recommend. I have been there several times now and once ordered for a company end of year party. Everyone appreciated it. However, the portions are a little small for big eaters.
