It's difficult to justify eating anywhere else if I find myself in the area. Porc (2 ways) on white rice with their scallion sauce is enough to make my day!

I’ve come here many times for Pickup and eaten there and the food is usually good. Ordered from DoorDash and it was really bad and bland. Also, the driver complained they were very rude and it took quite a long time.

The food was okay. It was mildly warm and the meat was flavorful, but didn't look appetizing. The in house hot sauce was delicious!
The service was not attentive at all.
I doubt we'll be back.

LOVE. especially the egg noodles with bbq meat. the roast pork is especially good and with their scallion topping.. amazing

OMFG WOW, love this little gem. You definitely have to go their their food is sooo delicious if you have the chance to get their pok choy, please do so delicious🔥🔥 Their vegetarian stir fry was also very delicious, the perfect amount of rice and veggies and not too greasy at all!!! The staff were the kindest people ever. Will DEFINITELY go back

Love this place since day one!
Anytime I am around I can't but stop by. The food is the best and affordable. Portions are super generous. The duck and the pork are delicious. A must try!

I've been here a couple of times and I've always enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere.

Last time I came here was before COVID. Unfortunately, it’s been a disappointment. Used to take the lunch combo. Took the Cantonese chow mein and pork soup noodles.

Cantonese chow mein : they used oyster sauce to make the sauce… big no already. Too salty but not even flavour. Dish was really small for a Chinese dish. There was no “Wok fire” taste at all, felt like cooked at home.

Pork noodles : broth could had a bigger hit of flavour, overall it was ok.

Milk tea was good.

Btw : What happened to all Asian employees ? Even the chef isn’t Asian.

My girlfriend got food intoxication from the shrimp chowmein, the staff was nice.
Avoid seafood there.

Dobe & Andy came highly recommended as a must-try spot for Chinese BBQ in Montreal, so we were really looking forward to it—especially coming from Toronto, where great and affordable Chinese BBQ options are everywhere.

Unfortunately, it ended up being a big disappointment. When we arrived, it was a bit chaotic and unclear whether we were supposed to line up or just wait to be seated—there wasn’t much direction. Once we got seated and looked at the menu, we noticed the prices were quite high compared to what we’re used to in Toronto. Still, we were hopeful the food would make up for it.

But when the food arrived, the portions were underwhelming for the price. The large green vegetable dish alone was over $14. The BBQ pork (cha siu) was a major letdown—dry, thickly cut, and lacking flavor. The roast pork was also dry and didn’t come with nearly enough sauce. The BBQ duck was decent, but nothing special.

Overall, we left pretty disappointed. Honestly, I could walk into any Chinese BBQ spot in Toronto—even the ones inside grocery stores—and get better BBQ pork than what we had here. It just didn’t live up to the hype.

They gave me pork by mistake. I asked twice about the meat in my dish because I could tell it was not beef. The waitress told me it was beef twice and looked a little annoyed with me. She then came back not too long after and took the dish back because it was indeed pork. No apology, no refund, no little dessert on the house. So yeah, very disappointed with this restaurant. It was not my first time but it will be my last.

Best chow mein (vegetarian) I've ever had!
