There is always problem with delivery person…the address was mentioned correctly in the app but still cant deliver it’s always been a bad experience with the drivers…

Worst Service ever. I ordered for delievery today for medium free pizza which i have earned. They made disgusting one we could not even eat it and the guy who delivered it was so rude that he did not even know how to talk. I want my refund and my points back. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn't Return
We walked into a completely empty Domino’s, thinking it would be quick. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. We placed our order, paid right away, and stood right in front of the cashier—yet he completely forgot about us. There was nothing showing on the screen, but he told us, “It’s okay.”
After waiting around 20 minutes, I finally asked if the pizza was ready. The team looked confused and said nothing had been made. The cashier casually admitted, “Sorry, my fault,” and asked me to repeat the order—then told us it would be another 5 minutes. No real apology, no sense of urgency.
If Domino’s still had a “30 minutes or it’s free” guarantee, this would definitely have qualified. The whole team seemed more focused on socializing than actually working. Sadly, this visit was a complete letdown.... As I was leaving the counter I asked them if I could get ketchup and some sauce they tried to charge me for that instead of offer it as a nice gesture ...

This is second pizza after I have ordered and the first one is awful. Second one also you can see The customer representative called me back and with shouting asked why you sent it back and threatened me this is the last one we will send to you 😆 They are damaging brand reputation also. Customer service is regrettable

Everytime I go later at night they claim they are closed despite their closing time being in 1-2hours. What’s the point of putting your schedule on the door if you don’t even follow it？ just switch your opening time then !

The delivery guy left the pizza at my door without knocking or calling, it sat outside for 40min, until I called the store asking for the pizza and they let me know they left it at my door. The delivery guy I spoke too sounded confused as to why he should knock and deliver the pizza directly.

I had visited the branch for dinner and had very bad experience.We had ordered veg pizza and garlic bread,while the person who took the order billed garlic dip instead of garlic bread.Firstly we received the pizza so late literally after 40mins and when asked for garlic bread they made a new one after that which was so oily and when asked about it they say that’s how it is being made,attached the picture of garlic bread received.Such impolite and rude behaviour was not expected.The restaurant closing time shows 1am while the staff starts to close dining at 10pm itself.Very disappointing and bad experience and would not recommend visiting this place if such behaviour is carried by employees.
