I have visited this location 4 times for carry out service and every time they have tried to rip me off!! Wrong change, wrong amount entered in pad for debit , overcharged and can’t refund Once a mistake, twice maybe ?? 3 + times they’re robbing people!!!

waited 20 minutes for our small order, then recieved it but got chicken wings instead of chicken bites, we brought it back and asked very politely if we could switch it for the correct order, and they proceeded to tell us that we messed up the order and that “we ordered the chicken wings there’s nothing we can do” basically laughing in our faces. the workers continued to look at us weirdly as we ended up receiving the chicken bites 30 minutes later and we got FOUR PIECES , we will not be coming back😡😡😡 although we received our poutine we had to wait over 30 minutes, leading to us missing our shopping time, personally there is no acception to this professional behaviour. another thing to add the workers were basically fooling around talking, barely working…

Waited a long time(over 20 minutes for a poutine and chicken bites, and when we got it there were chicken wings instead. Tried to correct the issue woth a worker and we’re basically laughed at and told we were at fault. We then waited another 20 minutes for the chicken bites. Never coming back. Also tables were dirty and we got strange looks whenever we went to the bathroom.

Worst Service ever. I ordered for delievery today for medium free pizza which i have earned. They made disgusting one we could not even eat it and the guy who delivered it was so rude that he did not even know how to talk. I want my refund and my points back.
